It wont let me leave no stars, so one it is. This is the most unprofessional office I have ever been to the doctor and front desk person are extremely rude and will get you upset then say you are the rude one. Her clinical notes are terrible because they are automatically filled out by the system and she doesnt listen enough to be able to change them. She diagnosed my husband with something, put him on medication then said well you might have this. But when asked about it she denies it. If you need to make an appointment or call for anything be prepared to spend all day trying to get ahold of them. The front desk lady sits there and hangs up on people and cursing at the phone when it rings. I could literally go on about how terrible this place is its dirty, you wait past your appointment time because they are lazy not because anyone is there, they do not review your chart before your appointment so you end up repeating yourself a thousand times, also be prepared for unnecessary follow ups because thats how you get paid from Medicaid. Also be prepared for them to say your full name and information about your chart in front of other patients. Hopefully this deterred at least one person from this office

The office is always busy...so sometimes it can be hard to get an emergency appointment. English is not spoken well by this doctor. She cannot type, therefore she very slowly pokes at the keyboard with one finger. If you go in with a headache or scratch, you will without a doubt be given a follow-up appointment. I have a feeling that this office is involved in insurance abuse/fraud. The patient rooms arent very clean and it isnt abnormal to spend two hours in this office. The biggest issue with this office is definitely the insurance fraud. I needed a copy of my files to use at school to show Id been sick during the last semester. This office repeatedly hung up on me (I suspect bc I kept refusing follow up appointments every 30 days), but when I had my father call they told him that theyd give him my files... Im married with a different surname now and they never asked him for ID or my consent!!! Im looking for a new doctor now. Experience with this office is off the charts bizarre.

I never had a good experience with this doctor. She doesnt listen, which is proven by the inaccuracies with notes she takes. When I was having side affects with one medication and feeling bad, instead of suggesting we discontinue it she suggested I start antidepressants. The wait times for her were always an hour +. Maybe a blessing in disguise, but she stopped taking my insurance, and they didnt let me know until I was at my appointment and had already waited an hour to see the doctor. The secretary suggested I pay out of pocket to see her (I had test results to review) and did not apologize for not letting me know they didnt take my insurance any more, although I had seen her a month ago. Good riddance.

My main issue is the accounting practices. There has been many times where I would go in and they would give me a refund and others they say I owe a balance. My copay should have been the same every time I went in. Plus, they keep asking me to come in for follow-ups every 6 weeks. I have had sinus issues for years and I am on birth control. You do not need to do a follow-up every 6 weeks for that, unless you are trying to fraud the insurance.
