The gregarious demeanor of Dr. Besnoff permeates his entire office and everyone is so friendly and helpful. I had Thermitight on my upper arms on March 25, 2016, to reduce the flab that resulted from weight loss over the years. I thought long and hard about the $3000 price tag for a procedure that will give me only a 50% reduction at most. But given the alternatives, liposuction or surgery at a much higher cost. I decided to venture forth. The internet simplifies the procedure in its description suggesting a needle goes in and basically it’s done. Not quite so. Dr. Besnoff spent and hour and a half doing the procedure after the preparatory time. So I now consider the price a bargain. Dr. Besnoff was caring and attentive to me throughout the procedure. I had no swelling, pain, or discharge after the procedure. I saw some results after just one week. I was able to wear jackets that were too tight on my arms prior to the procedure. But since it takes up to six months to see final results, I am hopeful the loss will continue throughout the summer.

I would never but this ever again from Groupon! I purchased the 100$ for Dysport 48 units and when I got in the room he said I had to use it all in one place on my face! O had never heard of this before since I have had this done many times in California and Tampa! He was in a hurry and treated me like I was a burden! I even said I dont need it all in.one.place and everywhere else Ive had it done before puts a little wherever I say I want it! If I had known this that he would only puit in.one place on my face o would never of purchased 48 units! I didnt not need 48 units in my frown line and it doesnt even feel like he put the whole amount I purchased in my frown line as it still moves alot! My.mother in law went to same place a few days later got the women doctor and she told her my experience with him and she said he should.not of done that to me!!!! Beware!!!

Dr Besnoff is terrific and the supportive staff are all so helpful and kind. I actually drive nearly 200 miles from Cape Coral to see Ultimate Image! Their weekly specials are great deals, and you can phone them to "bank bucks" to use those specials in the future - as long as you use them within one year. Dr B is one of the best injectors Ive ever had ... and, at 63 years old, Ive had many - from NYC to Cape Cod to Hilton Head Island. Hes friendly, fast and really understands what you want. Also, as one who bruises easily, his work (juvederm 1.5 cc in the lips) didnt cause the bruising thats happened with other injectors for nearly as long: usually I bruise for up to 3 weeks, and with Dr Besnoff, I had slight bruising that lasted just a week. Also, he applies a numbing agent which really helps. Its definitely worth taking a day off to visit Ultimate Image!

We purchased a laser hair removal package. My husband used a couple of the treatments. He commented that staff wasnt too friendly, the receptionist appreared intoxicated, but he wasnt there to make friends so he didnt care about that. He only got upset when he was given the runaround for the rest of his pre-paid appointments. To this day he has not been able to redeem or utilize the treatments that he purchased. They told him once when he called that the machine was broken. The next time he called they told him they dont offer that service anymore. Clearly he is not their ideal client as a black male. But they should have specified that they only wanted older white women to purchase their packages.

Dr Besnoff and his staff are exceptional. Theyre knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Dr. Besnoff performed Thermitight on my arms to fix a previous botched procedure from another physician. He took his time and was very attentive to the details. Its only been one day, but I can definitely see a marked improvement in the appearance of my arms. I also had Fraxel treatments on my face and hands and the results are looking fabulous. Dr Besnoff and his staff went out of their way to ensure my comfort. Theres no hard press to sell unnecessary and/or unwanted procedures or products. Just great treatments and personalized care.

I went to this office and had concerns for my smoker lines. In my consultation I had many questions and concerns and Dr. Besnoff took his time and made sure he answered every quesiton I had. I was so afraid of doing Juvederm but felt i needed to do something! He was very helpful throughout the whole procedure. He would stop and show me what he has doing and the differences in the treatment before and after. I felt like I at home becuase of Dr. Besnoff and the WONDERFUL and KNOWLEDGABLE Staff. I reccommend Ultimate Image to everyone! I found a place for life! Thanks Dr. Besnoff for making my first experience so enjoyable.

Went to redeem my groupon for laser hair removal of large area. Had planned on having either my upper or lower legs done as those were listed as valid treatment areas. Was told that it would only be for the front of my leg. I left without having any service. False advertisement and bad business. Update: Since the post I was contacted by phone and told that they would honor my groupon and would even honor up to 9 sessions if needed for complete hair removal. (the groupon is for 6 sessions). I am scheduled to start next week. Hoping by the end of treatment that I can change my review to 5 stars.

I am thrilled with the care I have gotten from Brittany my esthetician and Carla (NP). They take time to discuss the products that will work best for my face and recommend treatments that help my combination skin. They only recommend what I need and I dont feel pressured to buy anything. Every product I have bought has been AMAZING. Literally one hydra facial, light therapy(amazing 20 minute nap time), glycolic peel and a week of using the skin care line and my face was 100x better. They truly care about me looking and feeling my best. Thank you Ultimate Image, you have a customer for life :)

I would highly recommend Ultimate Image! Dr. Besnoff is very knowledgable and personable and every time I go in for a treatment I feel like at that moment he is present, focused and honest on what it is you are trying to achieve and what is not needed. Dr. Besnoffs assistant is a gem!!! He always remembers details and also makes you feel special. The staff at ultimate image are very sweet and helpful too. I am already a repeat customer. I look 10 years younger and I owe it all to Dr. Besnoff. Its important to take care of yourself and maintenance is the key to looking good.

I went in this morning to redeem my Groupon for Laser Hair Removal. The staff in the front desk seemed really professional and friendly. Once I went back to do my procedure, it went as smoothly as it was going to be. My appointment felt rushed and since this was my first time doing laser the appointment was not as comfortable as i wish it would of been, but overall good work and clean. Waiting to see what my results look like after 6 session. The Groupon price is insanely good, compared to their usual prices. Overall average experience. I was expecting a bit more.
