Well I didnt read the reviews on here before I went, which Im glad I didnt. My appointment was scheduled for 5:30 PM which is amazing in itself, I was a half hour early due to rain and I got out of work early. I dont want this to go on long so I will sum up my experience at this office and with Dr. Curtis. My two children are four years old and six years old. We are new patients as of yesterday. I came prepared with all of my paperwork filled out except for the school forms. After I finish my paperwork and it was reviewed we waited about 30 minutes. Remember I was a half hour early to my appointment! Once in the room we will start it with a medical assistant who asked me questions from pregnancy. She proceeded to do blood pressure, heart rates, Weight, height and both of them had eye exams. She also asked if I would like to test the amount of lead that was in their blood. So we did that too. Dr. Curtis was amazing with my children. She is extremely respectful of my beliefs and the care for my children. Every recommendation she had for me she recommended based off of how I care for my children.(no chemicals no toxins/dye). When I left I was given my school papers that I need and I was also giving an entire record of that visit almost 10 pages per child. She is an extremely busy but well loved Doctor. This was one of the most intense well check up that I have had with my children. She is very knowledgeable, helpful and respectful. Thank you Dr. Curtis, we will see you next year.

Dr. Curtis is wonderful, very thorough, attentive, and knowledgeable. She respects our holistic parenting and always gives that consideration for our sons care. Unfortunately her staff is completely unprofessional and unethical. I have observed and experienced situations that were handled inappropriately but we have always overlooked them because we love Dr. Curtis. However when we had to put our 16 month old on antibiotics for the 1st time and the office sold us baby probiotics from their shelf and told us they did NOT have to be refrigerated and our son developed a raging yeast infection because the probiotics are required to be refrigerated and were ineffective and the office refused to refund our money we could no longer take our son to a place that values money over the care of their patients. $40 isnt a lot of money but the fact that their neglect to store the product properly resulted in our son being harmed should be met with concern for our sons welfare and to rectify the situation NOT "office policy." We will miss Dr. Curtis but we need to find an office that lines up with our beliefs and values.

I will always be grateful that she made a house call hours after the birth and she is a little open to people with concerns about conventional medicine but the practice itself is a disaster. After waiting for two hours and ten minutes in one visit, to see her for about six minutes, Id decided Id had enough. The practice is a patient mill; patients are severely overbooked so that the doctor can line them up, with helpers doing the pulse and tempurature, and rush in and rush out as soon as theres a pause in your questions. Ive phoned them and been on hold for 15 minutes at a time. Requests for records are often ignored. Waits are guaranteed to be long which is tough with squirming children in your arms. In my first visit there, I saw a mom angrily complaining. I should have read the writing on the wall

I have been at better health medical since my daughter was born in 2014 it has been nothing but traumatizing, dreadful. I would be there for hours unacceptable. Also there is One doctor and 20 nurses that have no clue what there doing. One would be in the room walk out someone else is walking in my daughter didnt like it. Obe with a mask one with out no consistency other then chaos and alongg wait. Then finally, I moved my children to another Dr. Office an the girls were rude and mad talking nasty with an attitude. So glad im out of there.
