if i could i would give him zero stars. i have never seen Dr. greenfield wash his hands in the 6 times i have visited, nor have i ever seen him put on a pair of gloves. i started coming here after a friend referred me, to another doctor in his trinity office, and just ended up with dr. greenfield. i experience extreme nausea and vomiting at any time in my life and its extremely random, and severe when it does happen. Dr. greenfield offers a nausea shot to me to help with my situation, hence why i keep returning. i will never return to this office as its apparent that the doctor only cares about money. overcharging is practiced regularly here, the nurses are loud and rude, patient files are just scattered with clutter in the back with no security or walls blocking them, you can literally just pick up someones file if you wanted. after calling ahead to make sure i can get my shot when im having an "episode" i arrive in horrible condition and still have to wait anywhere from 45 minutes to over an hour. i do understand i have to wait without an appointment, but for a shot, it takes less than 2 minutes the way dr. greenfield does it. and then i leave and the room is open for the next patient. the prioritizing here is completely out of wack and if it werent for the kind hearted people here that let me go ahead of them, i would probably be waiting for 2 hours. when i get my shot, the doctor does not wash his hands, does not sterilize the needle, my arm, or anything! he just stabs me in the arm with extreme force. after complaining about the pain that the shot causes me, i was told by the doctor its because i dont have fat on my arms so its going to cause me more pain than normal. i was dealing with a throbbing pain that would last anywhere from 1-2 weeks after. however after receiving this shot from another office i never had such pains. the only good thing i have to say about this office is how sweet and genuinely caring the lady that takes payment as youre leaving, is. always in a great mood trying to make you feel as good as possible. im not sure if shes still there, but she was the only good part about this office for me.

Lets start by saying my husband has been going to Dr Greenfield for about a year. Dr Adam Greenfield is ALLLLLL about the money!!!!! This is FACT.... BEWARE IF YOU GO TO HIM. Yes, he is Cheap. But he doesnt care about your health at all. Over the course of about a year, Dr Greenfield has NEVER order or preformed blood work. Dr Greenfield is just about the money! My husband went to him because he was cheap. My husband is a diabetic. My husband missed his appointment. mind you, all Dr Greenfield EVER did was listen to his heart and take his pulse. NEVER ordered blood work before prescribing medication. He gave my Husband WHATEVER he asked for without questioning whether it was the right thing to do. As I stated he missed 1 appointment. My husband ran completely out of his blood sugar medicine... CRITICAL MEDICINE mind you. It was a Friday. Dr Greenfield’s staff told ME! he would not fill my husband’s medication until Monday when he came into the office. I explained he was completely out. She did not care and reintegrated that Dr Greenfield said he will fill his medication when he comes in on Monday. She would not budge!!! Dr Greenfield put the money for an office visit before the care of my husband. NOTHING for the weekend, no hold over. My husband’s had to endure F/S/S/M late afternoon/Night before his meds would be filled. I called Walmart to try to get a weekend supply to hold him over and I was told that DR GREENFIELD LOCKE THE SCRIP SO WALMART COULD NOT EVEN GIVE HIM A WEEKEND SUPPLY. My husband was CUT OFF VITAL MEDICATION UNTIL DR GREENFIELD COULD COLLECT HIS ALL MIGHTY DOLLAR!!! ... **** I have all this documented as FACT!! **** I plan to see a lawyer on Monday to try to stop this MONEY HUNGRY DRUG PUSHER from Killing someone.. If my husband dies, I WILL own him!!!! So, if you are looking for an unquestionable drug supply OR a lawsuit, he IS the Dr for you! The most uncaring DO HARM doctor in the whole state of Florida!!!! CHEEP, YES. DEADLY, YES. If you have a death wish, or a drug habit, Dr Greenfield is the Dr for you, otherwise, BEWARE! You Have Been Warned!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been working in the medical field for over 10 years and I can honestly say that this is one of the best offices I have come in contact with. Although I have only been going to Dr. Greenfield for a little over 3 months, the experience has been fantastic. I was in an auto accident and had a hard time finding an actual primary care physician that accepts auto injury patients (my own did not) and I did not want to see a pain management Dr. so I was relieved when someone recommended Family Medical Center to me. Being that I was a new patient, I expected to have to wait days or even weeks to get an appointment, but Dr. Greenfield made sure I was able to be seen the very next day. He is a great physician who genuinely cares about the health and well being of his patients and has always taken the time to answer any questions or concerns that I may have rather than rushing me out the door. The staff is also fantastic; they are all very friendly and the office itself is very clean and organized. Pam in PT is amazing and has done more to alleviate my pain in 3 months then any pain medicine could. All in all, they have a great team that works together to provide the best possible care from start to finish, and I am grateful to have found them!

Would NOT recommend because: 1. Always a long wait. 2. Billing staff never gets the insurance claims right. Had to call insurance company and let them handle it. Still in disputes over billing. 3. Once in the exam room, Dr spends 5 minutes with you. On one visit, of those 5 minutes, 2 were spent with nurse interrupting Dr to talk about pharmaceutical rep. Then Dr vents to patient for the remaining time. 4. Pharmacy tried to contact Dr about approval needed by insurance for a medication. No response from Dr office, so patient drives over to office in person and waits 30 minutes to speak with someone about the matter. Eventually, the Dr sticks his head out the window of the reception desk and argues about how he never got the request and its the pharmacy problem, not his. Patient asked the receptionist for the fax number to the office to be clear. Drives back to pharmacy. Gives fax number to pharmacy. The original request had an incorrect fax number on it. 5. Dr blames everyone except himself for problems. I see a lot of commonalities in reading these reviews. We cant all be wrong, DOC!

THE WORST DOCTOR IVE EVER SEEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. ALTHOUGH I HAVE MADE AN APPOINTMENT IN ADVANCE I WAITED FOR 2 HOURS BEFORE BEING SEEN BY MR. GREEN. THE VISIT DIDN´T LAST MORE THAN 10 MINUTES. THERE WAS NO PHYSICAL EXAMINATION OR INQUIRY ABOUT MEDICAL HISTORY. NOTHING! AT THAT MOMENT MY MAIN CONCERN WAS MY HIGH BLOOD PREASSURE SO HE PRESCRIBED A MEDICATION. I WAS GIVEN A NEW APPOINTMENT FOR THE NEXT MONTH WHICH I CANCELLED DUE TO THE FACT THAT HE DID NOT ASKED FOR ANY KIND OF LAB TESTS THAT HE COULD EXAMINE, SO THERE WAS NO USE GOING BACK TO HIM. HE PRESCRIBED THE HIGH BLOOD PILLS JUST FOR 30 DAYS CONSIDERING THIS IS A PERMANENT CONDITION. WHEN I CALLED HIS OFFICE TO REQUEST A REFILL AUTHORIZATION THEY TOLD ME I NEED TO MAKE A NEW APPOINTMENT JUST FOR THAT. FOR ME TO PAY OVER A 100 DOLLARS (I DO NOT HAVE HEALTH INSURACE) FOR A PRESCRIPTION IS A LOT OF MONEY, IT COMES UP TO MORE THAN A 1.200 DLRS A YEAR IN ORDER TO JUST BEING ABLE TO PURCHASE THE MEDICINE I REQUIRE. VERY DISSAPOINTING!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR.
