I typically do not this, but I see I am not the only one who has had a bad experience with the office staff. They are lazy, and its all about collecting the cash the easiest way possible. I had the insurance company on the phone, and they refused to talk to them. Pay me now, or come back another time was the attitude. Even though the Insurance company provided a confirmation number! I get that Insurance Companies are not the best people to deal with, but they could have been polite about it and explained this initially, instead of being very dismissive with the responses so that I would just go away. The Medical staff was very kind and had a good bed side manner... I liked them... But I will not be going back to deal with the receptionist staff... Not a good way to run a business...

I have to say-things have changed. When I first started seeing Dr. Shirmo about 5 years ago- I loved going to Trinity Family Physicians. Over time, I have noticed the practice has changed--its no longer focused on helping people get well- its now all about money! The office staff at Trinity Family Physicians is very rude & Condescending. As a Manager in a customer focused environment, I put a huge emphasis on customer experience. The staff at Trinity Family Physicians are not very upbeat, customer focused & often times act like they could care less about you as a patient. Dr. Shirmo is a good guy- I hope he eventually refocuses his practice on care over money & gets a better staff! In the mean time, I would avoid using Trinity Family Physicians.

I have been a patient of Dr. Eldridge for more than a decade. She has always been wonderful. The Dr. and her staff always have a smile on their face. While some Dr.s can make you feel uncomfortable or judged, Dr. Eldridge always treats me with skill and compassion. She is easy to talk to and you can tell that everything you say goes into her diagnoses. I highly recommend this Dr. and while, personally, Im more comfortable with a female physician, I have seen Dr. Shirmohammed when Dr. Eldridge is unavailable and he is fantastic as well.

Horrible office. They are all about the billing and not about the care. I am in the process of finding another Dr. My wife just went to her last visit here as well. Same experience... when your Dr. wont give you a referral because you are at a well visit and they want you to come back as a separate appointment to get a referral you know you are at a cash machine Dr. They are all about maximizing their billing. HORRIBLE! Go anywhere else.

No personal contact. I sat and waited for at least 20 minutes for the doctor to spend 5 minutes with me. And then the staff messed up my insurance claim and have failed to refund my money after 9 months of constant calls. I will never go back and do not recommend her to anyone.

Why why why does the office staff like to give all of thier patience such a hard time? They are so inconsiderate. They take days to get back to you and Angie the office manager is no help what so ever. This place needs all new staff in my opinion.

Things must be rough there. Ive been fighting four months to get a refund of a $30 overcharge and their denial that insurance paid them even though I have a printout from my insurance. Theyve been rude and unhelpful. I would never recommend them.

I have nothing but great things to say about the Team at TFP. Dr Shirmo is top notch and between him and Dr Kyle they saved my life. They care more than any Doctor I have ever been to. The staff is very friendly too.
