Dr. Hicks misdiagnosed my wife with MS and after several tests, procedures, meds, and trips to "specialists", my wife was so drugged up she couldnt work all while he said it was her MS causing this. A year of wrongful treatment and a year without her additional income, we had to file bankruptcy. After finding all this out when we did it was too late. Statute of limitations was past and now we see we werent the only ones. He needs to pay for what hes done. We are wondering if there are others considering a civil suit. Please contact us

Great family doctor. The office has a lab, a pharmacy, all in the same building so you arent sent out for external visits that take additional appointments and days to get seen. The doctor listens, which is rare. He is knowledgable and current which help get to a good diagnosis and solution quickly. Most notably, you can communicate directly with the staff and sometimes doctor via text and get immediate answers rather than the standard voicemail that maybe gets answered.

01 June 2017: First appointment for annual physical. Changed my doctor from the zoo called Diagnostic Clinic Med Grp down the road, to Dr. Hicks. Very good experience so far. Dr. Hicks has very good interpersonal skills, and seems keen on helping his patients. The office staff and receptionist were skilled and expedient. Blood work lab is in the office, with efficient staff -- very convenient.

DO NOT GO HERE! Dr. Hicks isnt a bad doctor, but his office staff is THE WORST. They never return your calls even after the doctor orders a STAT exam and are waiting to see what the prognosis is, and Dr. Hicks is not proactive enough to ask about it or even call you himself. You might end up waiting HOURS to see him even if you have an appointment. AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COSTS.
