My dad is in a nursing home (was under the "care" of Dr. Ray) and has UTIs a few times a year. After a UA he takes an antibiotic and he gets back to his normal. Last week it was suspected (my dad was in rough shape physical shape and his urine smelled bad) that he had a UTI and I asked that a sample be obtained to send into the lab. The next day I found out that Dr. Ray disallowed the UA (which is important to determine what antibiotics are needed to cure it). We switched to a doctor who has common sense to do the things that have worked in the past - get a UA. The results came back that he had a severe UA and because dad is in such pain and has no strength the antibiotics are now being administered intravenously. My dad has had to SUFFER extra days because of Dr. Rays lack of common sense for approving the UA at the beginning of last week. If we stayed with Dr. Ray I dont know when and if the UA would have been approved. I believe my dad would have died if a few more days had past of not having the right antibiotics (that only a UA can determine). I hope that even now its not too late, the delay in administering the right antibiotic has taken a severe toll on him.

When you call this office to schedule a physical, they force you to schedule a "first time patient visit" that will NOT be covered by your insurance. Then they have you schedule blood work somewhere else, then you come back in for another appointment just for the doctor to look over and tell you your lab results. After all of this, they told me to schedule a physical next year, and they did not bill my insurance company any of these appointments as a physical! Which means I had to pay $92 for the new patient visit alone! I now dont event know how much they will charge me for this appointment I just had...I explained the office manager Pat that when I called in I told them I neede to schedule a physical and that lady was Rude and told me that if I didnt like their new patient appointment policy I should go look else where! You got it Pat! This is a Shane because I actually really like Dr. Levine, he is awesome. Management is the problem at this place. I wont be coming back

I happen to use Google Maps for the offices mailing address and was shocked by the few negative remarks. I have been a patient of Dr. Levines for quite some time now and he is absolutely fantastic, as are the rest of the staff that I have met. Dr Levine has always taken the time to review and explain blood work results and diagnostic testing. In addition, Dr. Ray has always been available for his opinion as well. I would probably be on dialysis right now if Dr. Levine didnt personally call me up and tell me to get right to the ER. I was immediately admitted and it was caught in time and I am perfectly fine now. I am ecstatic that I found this office (and I know that I can be an extremely difficult patient, just ask my daughters!) It seems like the few negative ratings were mainly from people who never became patients.

More of a review for the whole office. I selected him from the list of physicians accepting new patients because he had good reviews. Upon calling the office I was informed that he isnt accepting new patients but the office is. I gave them my insurance information and was told I would get a call back with an appointment time. Ive called back twice since and nobody knows what is going on and I havent been able to make an appointment. If youre not accepting new patients, dont waste peoples time.

Dr. Levine and the staff are always very professional. I trust that I am getting a good quality of care, and that is the most important thing to me. I find the office staff to be helpful, and I have not had any problems. Going to the Dr. makes me very nervous, but I dont mind seeing Dr. Levine because I feel he is really trying to help me.

staff was extremely friendly I have never seen such speedy service we hardly waited which never happens at a doctors office. Dr Ray was awesome. He was extremely patient and spent a good amount of time with my aunt. I was very impressed with his nurse Tara and how helpful she was 5 stars *****

I called for an appointment. Receptionist was rude telling me she had to finish something up first. Once she "finished" what she was doing she told me they had to verify insurance first and will call me back. Still waiting.........
