Zero stars (but it wont let me submit without clicking at least one star)! Dr. Baldwin is TERRIBLE! Shes mean, wont listen and there are sometimes long waits. I told her we were going to try to get pregnant. She didnt say a word about the medicines I was on. I asked her if it was okay to get pregnant on them (specifically one of them). Her response was "Im sure itll be fine." I said, well, my previous doctor told me not to get pregnant on it. She said, "Oh, Ill go check on it." She comes back and says that drug has been known to cause birth defects so I should stop taking it. I asked if I should just stop cold-turkey (I knew that stopping that drug cold turkey is really bad for you). She said "oh, maybe just stop a few weeks before you start trying to get pregnant. If you want to come off gradually you can." I have zero faith in her. I think she shouldve caught it initially, not brushed it off and not recommended that I "just stop taking it" whenever I want to. She just blew me off to get me out of there. I also recently used the online patient portal to request 3 medication refills. She only sent one to the pharmacy. After being at the pharmacy, I called the office. The receptionist said "oh, she must not have scrolled down. Ill have her fill the other 2 for you." So, again, I went to the pharmacy and there was only one more prescription there. Ugh! I called the office AGAIN and said I needed that 3rd prescription filled (I was completely out by this point). They said "oh, well have to charge you for the refill". Ugh! The only reason I needed refills before my yearly checkup was because she initially wrote the prescription wrong and I only had enough for 6 months instead of a year....and they were going to charge me to send it to the pharmacy again!? Dr. Barmann at the office is okay. Im indifferent towards her. Shes nice and actually referred me to a specialist when needed, but I feel like she never had openings. Ive never seen the other two doctors there. I just have nothing good to say about Dr. Baldwin.

I would not even give this practice a 1 start if I had the choice of giving them a negative. I have had Paramount Preferred Choice by my Employer, over a month ago I did all the necessary paper work over the phone, including giving my insurance card information. Here it is 5 hours before my appointment and since I have not heard from the office , Dr Mary Baldwin, I decided to call to verify the appointment. the "rude and shortly abrupt" woman said my appointment was cancelled. No one called to me to tell me and their reason is that I have Paramount Advantage, I do not have Paramount Advantage and no one called me. I reading further reviews about this practice, I should have stuck with my gut feeling and that is to NOT go to them as the reviews were 2 stars and less. I will be sure to share this with anyone that is seeking a new physician as well as post to my Social media friends. Do not use Spring Forest Family Physicians, Dr Mary Baldwin.

I was referred by a friend to Mary Barmann about 20 yrs ago. Dr Barmann has seen me through all kinds of health issues and I trust her. When youre with her, she gives you all her attention and time. This may cause you to wait beyond your appointed time bc Im sure shes that way with everyone. I dont remember ever having concerns with the office staff or procedures. If I call in for refills, or a new scrip is sent to pharmacy, they are usually relayed within a few hrs. Ive had to wait on occasion. I have seen the other docs for non 911 but urgent needs on Dr Barmanns day off. They were friendly, gentle, and provided professional care appropriate to my need. I would and have recommended Dr Barmann to friends and family. They found her medical care adequate but thought she was talkative.

No point in setting an appointment, if u show up before your appointment time it will still take them forever to do anything. The ladies running the office are RUDE and act like its their 1st day on the job. I called in my prescription for a refill and when I picked it up all I received in my envelope (that I had to pay 10$ for processing) was a doctors note to excuse me from work?!?!? I didnt request this not did I need it and my actual prescription I needed wasnt included. Hey I didnt know they just gave out random scrips to people next time Ill see if they can throw in some morphine, Xanax, and oxicotton.... Long sorry short this place sucks and is far from a good doctors office

My main issue with this office is the scheduling. They dont communicate with each other enough to get you in and out. Ive honestly wasted so much time at this doctors office. Ive drove in 6 different times in July alone, and experienced multiple scheduling errors that have been a major inconvenience and a complete waste of time.

Ive been going to Dr. Conlan for many years and my wife and children see Dr. Baldwin. I would have to say these are the best doctors in the area. The entire staff has always treated us like family and very attentive to our needs. Thumbs up to the entire staff at Springforest Physicians

Worst Ever! My wife woke up very ill on a Saturday and called after hours at 11am to get advice. The doctor on call literally said "you are wasting my time" and then hung up! Absolutely unbelievable!" and rude. Do not go here!

I have been a patient of Dr. Rex Figy for many years. His office has courteous staff and they work hard to make sure I can get an appointment as soon as possible. They take good care of us.
