I walked in and was "greeted" by a rude elderly receptionist. I gave her my ID and Insurance card and took a seat to fill out my forms. After about 10 minutes (she had my insurance card the whole time), she called me up to tell me that they would not accept my insurance. That in it self would have been one thing, BUT when I had called to schedule my appointment, I gave them ALL of my insurance information, Im talking every little detail possible. I informed the receptionist of this and she replied with "well we dont take it". I let her know that I should not have been misinformed after releasing so much information and that they need to address the issue with whoever scheduled the appointment, and she replied with "well you need to make sure you give more information next time". It took her 10 minutes to see something that was right in front of her on my card, (information that I had already given and was told it was accepted!), how incompetent! After seeing other peoples terrible reviews, Im glad that I wasnt seen here. I was referred by a friend, and after telling them about my experience they will no longer be returning here.

Very bad doctor. I came in after a week of vertigo and nausea and sharp pain behind my eye and all she prescribed me was overcounter motion sickness medication. I just found out that I have a neck injury that requires months of physical therapy. I did tell her multiple times that I was recently removing concrete floor with chipping hammer. She just dismissed me. I really liked them because there is no wait time and I found everyone really nice. But I will not be coming back. Very unprofessional. I am very disappointed. If you are looking for a doctor who is nice go there. If you want a doctor who will help you keep looking.

I recently moved to this area and it was time for my yearly physical. I wanted a family practitioner, and yes, with all the healthcare changes, one that would accept my health insurance. I cannot even begin to list all, or even say enough good things about this facility, the staff is awesome. Throughout my years, I have seen my share of doctors, and will state without hesitation, Dr. Ronald Mall is the BEST!! Caring, informative, he takes his time asking questions and explaining test results. Dr. Mall and Staff get two thumbs up and ten gold stars from me!!!

A receptionist by the name "Morrison" will make your visit as difficult as possible. Second time she has been unbelievably rude and messed things up. She is rude straight off the bat. Came on here to find the phone number to cancel all future appointments and noticed ANOTHER older complaint from 8 months ago about the same receptionist on here. A RECEPTIONIST has to be incredibly terrible in order for 2 people to write a review specifically about them.

Very very poor customer service. Had to get prescription called in to a pharmacy and tried to explain to Rachel that I had moved and needed it sent to a different pharmacy which still was local. She insisted that I would have to call the pharmacy myself to get it switched even though I was telling her before the prescription was even called in.

Ive been going to this clinic for almost 10 years and every is courteous, friendly and very helpful. I have never had a problem with anyone ever.
