Absolutely the worst care I have EVER received. Went in over a month ago with back pain and was treated for a UTI. Blood work was done and they said they would get back to me with results in three business days. A week later I had heard nothing back and ended up in the ER with a sizable kidney stone that had to be surgically removed. During my initial visit I was, also, put on blood pressure medication. I called on a Friday morning to get a refill and was informed by the receptionist that they would phone it in to the pharmacy and if there was a problem, they would call me back. I received no call back and went to get my prescription on Saturday. The pharmacy had received no request for a refill. I called back Monday morning ( today ) to try to straighten this issue up and was AT THAT TIME told that I needed to schedule a follow-up visit before a refill would be approved. I was NOT told that at any other time and WHY did I not receive a phone call on Friday when I initially requested a re-fill and they told me then that they would call back if there were any issues? Do NOT recommend this doctor to anyone!

very disappointed .. have been a patient for a couple of years.. take two blood pressure meds, both during and prior to those two years, i called to get a prescription renewal for just 30 days and reschedule my appt. also just 30days , as i was preparing to go out of town.. went to pic up the prescription the day i was leaving, only one med was called in, when the pharmacist & i called, the receptionist said nothing they can do, so had to leave town with out it.. receptionist said i only asked for one item.. i said i asked for my blood pressure medication.. she then said yeah thats it, my response was they both are blood pressure medicine.. she still would not help me out, remember these are meds ive taken for years & I JUST SAW THE DOCTOR 3 MONTHS AGO.. sometimes its the little things that make a BIG difference for a patient.. the real shame is i like Dr.Leslie , other than wanting to see ya every three months just to renew blood pressure medicine , he is a great doctor, however no longer my doctor

Ive seen many doctors in many different places in the US, and Dr. Leslie is by far my favorite and as my primary care doctor, he is always interested in how I am doing, listens and is very thorough. He and his staff never treat me like "another" patient. He has an Urgent Care/Walk-In Clinic located here in Pinellas County with minimal to no wait time. I must say that any wait is well worth the visit. I also started the medical weight loss program and I am happy to report 20 lbs. lost so far,...stay tuned... Thank you Dr. Leslie!

My Mother was visiting from overseas and had a fall resulting in a fractured vertebrae, Dr Leslie did a follow-up and was fantastic. Not only did he compassionately treat my mother, he also gave great medical advice on some of her long standing ailments. Cant recommend them enough!

I was very frustrated with my previous provider. Dr. Leslie was attentive and took his time to actually assess me, not just check boxes on the computer. Wonderful doctor who hopefully can role model for the next generation of family and internal medicine doctors.
