I love the VA Hospital! I have some nurses/staff I would like to recognize and may miss a name... because I did not write them down. Michelle, Autumn, Brigette, Jessica, Angie( darn something like this) all the staff basically the late shift! Building 30 & 31! Two physicians that came in one after another when my father was bright down. Even house keeping. I cant express enough how greatful I am to have you in care for my father! Yes...Paige! I go in after hours and they let me in with help of officers and always make sure we have what we need. Housekeeping goes above & beyond! Two guys in particular. We go there everyday now to visit my father and they are so good to him. He deserves that! All the veterans do! Thank you all so much for being so good to my father! U all make the VA a special place for my youngest and I to visit my special father! Thank you so much! Also Christy & Cathy (nights). I had bothered Christy 3 times in a row for something and not once did she get upset with me! She was going up and down the hallway for my fathers needs. I love the staff here! There is also a male nurse and the Hospice gentlemen that brought the Hospice cart today. Thank you Sheila! Thank u and Autumn for the bed for my daughter and I! We are here every day(missed this past Monday). I cant tell u how thankful I am for all of u. Also a Kelly who I spoke to. A few others I met today. Thank you all. Recommend highly. My father is taken care of here. I need anything for him, they are so gracious and caring. Any negative comments towards this facility, you havent met the staff I have.

I beg you, if you have ANY other option, DO NOT come here. Moving to this facility from Chillicothe was literally one of the worst mistakes of my life. Most of the staff couldnt care less about veterans, and they will do as little as possible to help you. They are here to hold down a seat and collect a paycheck. If we were this bad at our jobs in the military, we would be punished for dereliction of duty. Every time Ive tried to come here for any sort of help, I have been met with apathy and disdain. It is heartbreaking beyond words. Too often, giving up is the only option here. Please, for the love of god, stay away.

I love this VA ~~~! Ive had my moments of exasperation, but anyone that has EVER been in the service knows that it can be a hurry up and wait situation at any given moment. Unfortunately, I am now located in North Carolina and the VA here SUCKS. So, count your blessings there!

I would not go here even on a death bed disrepectful employees dont have good bed side manors dont go over test results acts like your not a person, sends you out the door with a life threatening condition such as low potassium and dont give you medication to help.

10 stars ALL the docs @ nurses were excellent I was transferred from Columbus VA because they are a out patient hospital and Chiillicothe had open beds , My stay was a week They treated me like a KING , anything I need they were right there to help

This place is a joke. Been here three times and nothing but a hassle. If you are cheap and dont care about wasting your time, this place is for you. If you actually want to get results, go to clinics/doctors that know what they are actually doing.

I cant speak for other centers, but I LOVE the Chillicothe VA. They have always been terrific with me. I have been going there since 1997 and have never had a bad experience.

The staff are of the finest in all the world. The food is as good as it gets. Thay try to fill up our down time with special activity. Ive never been treated this well.
