Terrible place to put your love one. Under staffed. My sister was found on the floor twice. She was never given a shower. she was left on the bed pan for 40 min. bed was not changed but every 3 days. mouth care was not done but every 3 or 4 days. Case or nurse manager Donald needs to be fired. Very RUDE and uneducated. Yelled at family while in the room with patient. When we asked him to leave twice he yelled that it was not our room. They do not work weekends period. And also do not work holidays. We will never put any of our family there again. Channel 13 did a story on my sister and they are going to do a follow up with her which will include a look into the very poor care she received at Bay Care Alliant.

My first visit there and was highly impressed with the critical care unit. The nurse taking care of my close friend [Laurie] had read all about her history, knew exactly what her condition was, and what their plan of action would be. Her room was spacious enough for several family members to visit all together and there was soft music playing in the room creating a very serene setting. I left feeling confident that she was in the right place and that the hospital and staff are specialized in their ability to do the necessary steps to bring recovery and rehabilitation.

They could not help my poor mother. The administrators were cold and uncaring. None of the doctors are what I would call miracle workers, they all come in listen to her heart and lungs, shrug and leave but if you are vent dependent what choice is there???? Kindred?? oh please So now I am forced to call Hospice at the hospitals demands. I will always wonder if there was a way to save her life that I did not know about
