Ive been taking my daughter to this urgent care facility for the past 5 or 6 years since theyve opened. I love it. In all the times weve gone, Ive very rarely seen it crowded. Their check-in is fast. They take us back fairly quickly and all the doctors, nurses, x-ray techs and employees have always been very nice to us. They treated us with the same care when we were on Medicaid as when I had great insurance through my employer. Youd be surprised at how many places treat you differently depending on what type of insurance you have. Ive actually gone to the main Nationwide Childrens urgent care and stood in line for so long, I was able to leave, go back to the Canal location and get in faster. If my daughter can wait, I will wait until the afternoon for them to open so I wont have to go the main Childrens. Highly recommend!

A fair warning to all who go to this Nationwide close to home. "Dr." NM is not a good "doctor" to see. He is a Quack! Took my son there and was seen by this "doctor" and he completely ignored what we were saying. He ignored the spots on his throat and did not even take the time to use a tounge depressor to see them nor have the patience with a sick child.The time we took our son to this urgent care before this he said our son had a virus, but when we got a second opinion our son had a sinus infection, an ear infection and received antibiotics and he was fine. He is a horrible "doctor" if you can call him that.
