Went in for an asthma attack & was refused a breathing treatment. Was LITERALLY seen for 2 mins before diagnosing me with allergies! Duh! Allergies & asthma go hand and hand. Ive seen dope fiends get better service! Smh. Its not like I was going in saying my back hurt, begging for pills! Left Mercy & immediately went to McLaren where my emergency was taken seriously! They could NOT believe I was refused a breathing treatment...

Our grandfather was here for the past week and then passed away yesterday morning. We are so very grateful for all of the wonderful staff, nurses, aids, hospice and doctors that we spoke with and who took care of him throughout his stay. They were very reassuring, polite and took excellent care of him to keep him comfortable. Thank you for your excellent work.
