Terrible, terrible, terrible!!. I did not even bother going in to see the pediatrician. All I did was speak with the front desk receptionist -Ebony- to be precise , and her attitude was the worst I ever experienced. Well, one less client for West-End pediatrics. The call was picked up after the second ring , which was impressive, only to be immediately told by Ebony that she needed to place me on hold for no particular reason. I was kept on hold for another 7minutes after which Ebony came back on , asked for my sons information which I gave her , immediately placed me on hold again without even explaining , kept me on hold for another 10minutes , got back on the call, no apologies offered, and repeated same questions she had asked before, at which point I had started to get irritated, but kept my cool. I reminded her I had given her that information prior to the second hold, she rudely said I had not spelled out the information, I was aghast!. She proceeded to snap at me and tell me she was having difficulties hearing me, and then made the appointment for me. I could not help but inform her that I thought her attitude sucked, she responded by telling me mine sucked too and offered no apologies for the holds, rude and nasty behavior. I simply told her I would be letting the Dr. know of her attitude and what that could possibly mean for their business. Will never take my kids there, I can imagine what the atmosphere is at that clinic with a receptionist like Ebony.

I would rate my experience overall 4.5+/ 5 positive over the past 8 yrs. The office staff complimented the excellent medical care .Dr. Rainey & her associate Physician have always shown quick, accurate & lateral thinking regarding differential diagnosis- the most important along with listening & getting to the heart of the matter. I myself was in the medical field before having to retire early due to Health. It has been a blessing to have these doctors care for my children.
