ALL I can say is WOW...I am changing to Dr. Stuart Taylors office from another less impressive practice in Montgomery Village. I went in today just to give them my sons immunization records in order to make his first appointment. The staff is is amazing and friendly. I was concerend that with some eye discharge that my eye had on this morning and ask the receptionist how soon I cold make an appointment (in my mind I was waiting fir her to say next week), but she surprised me by telling me that if I had a time then and there. She had me fill the paper work and 2 minutes of giving back to her I was called in. The nurse took his wieght and put me in a room to wait in a room for the doctor. In my mind I thought ok Im going to wait here for 30 min till the doctor come in, but no she came in 5 minutes after the nurse left. I guess my previouse pediatrician must have messed me up pretty bad dont you think? I saw Dr. Kristin Johnston and she was amazing she let me know that my son had an ear infection. She faxed the prescription to my regular pharmacy. I was out of there in 30 min. Another pirk is that the office s location its 10 min away from my apartment and I can walk there.

The office manager is very very very rude and nasty. I called and made a check up appointment at 830 they gave me an 1130 appointment got there the nurse as me why i came i told her i called for a check up. She came back in the room letting me know they cant do it and slam the door in my face in front of my children, as i walk out to the front the office was talk to the rep about the call and she clam i had a sick visit. i told her the child is not sick and i didnt come here for that. The manager attack me and never said sorry the call the cop on me and LIED about making threats she still cant explain. I maybe a young mom but i have so much respect for myself and children. I dont need to LIED about anything. I believe it was may skin color why she react this why. Not only one star i made awareness about other child neck tilt they clam it was her vision, her vision is great and that was not the problem it took for me to go to another office for them to fix the problem so easy. Please color people stay away!!!

THE OFFICE MANAGER IS A VERY RUDE WOMAN. SHE HAS SUCH A NASTY WAY TO TALK TO THE PARENTS. AND SHE IS JUST SUCH A RACIST WOMAN. SHE IS NOT THE RIGHT PERSON TO BE THE MANAGER. SHE SAID SHE WAS GOING TO CALL ME ON BEHALF OF A BILLING ISSUE THAT I HAD BECAUSE OF HER UNPROFESSIONAL WORK DONE LIKE 2 WEEKS AGO AND UNTIL THIS DAY IM STILL WAITING FOR HER CALL. SHE SHOULD QUIT HER JOB!!.. NEVER EVER AGAIN BRINGING MY KID INTO THIS OFFICE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO EXPOSED YOUR SELF INTO SUCH A NASTY ENVIRONMENT FULL OF RUDDINESS!!..

Dr Taylor was my pediatrician when i was a child and had been my sons Pediatrician. He and all the other doctors and nurses ate very kind and listen to your needs. They also are very patient and can fit you in quickly. They also have 24 hour on call staff and are open on weekends. They will meet you at the hospital if something happens. I have called some of the doctors at 2 am without complaint or any attitude. They are a wonderful group of people and really care for their kids!

Have moved from Phoenix to Austin to Ann Arbor to Gaithersburg.. Have been to several pediatric doctors of several specialties for my 2 yrs old son.. But when we went to Dr Stuart Taylor, I literally felt my son is 1st time been to a good doctor.. He took time to know everything we wanted to tell him. I dont know but somehow it makes us feel he should be a very good primary care pediatrician for my son. We have met him just once and would continue with him forever now..

I had a wonderful experience with this practice. Anytime my children have been sick, weve booked a same day appointment. If I have a question, a nurse calls me back promptly and recommends a course of action or lets me know if I need to bring my kids in. Ive never waited longer than 15 minutes for any appointment or sick visit and my kids love the waiting room. The staff are all friendly and great with my kids. I couldnt recommend this practice enough!

The staff is great and the experience always ends enjoyable no matter the visit. The office manager is ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS! The staff is SO GREAT, I would still HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Hopefully there will be NO reason to deal with her. Still go, really! They are very informative and do not push medication when not necessary and THEY CARE!!!

Always fit you in and never make you wait. Very professional staff. Their system is completely automated so they send prescriptions to the pharmacy immediately. The script is ready when you get there. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

My kids have been patients of this office for 16 years. We have always been happy with the doctors and the entire staff. We drive a long way to get there but its worth the drive.
