I have been a patient at Progressive Dental for several years now and I have to admit that I was a bit leery about going back to the dentist. For quite a few years I didnt have dental insurance so going back to the dentist was horrifying. I have never been treated better by any other dentist!! I recall Dr. Gordon telling me that I had to have a root canal done, talk about anxiety. Ive heard horror stories about getting a root canal done. Dr. Gordon put my mind at ease. Ive had 3 root canals done total and they were all a piece of cake. I have recommended several people and continue to recommend people. I love the office staff, they are always so helpful and pleasant. Very enjoyable going to Progressive Dental!!!

Dr. Gordon and his staff at Progressive Dental in Hanover (PA) have the most modern equipment, are very well organized, and do a great job. Dr. Gordon is the slickest at administering anesthetic I have ever experienced (I have had several dentists in my 69 years). They give great advice on tooth hygiene as well. And the prices are very reasonable. A friendly and humorous bunch. Ask about "Mr. Thirsty". - Charlie

I have MAJOR fears about visiting the dentist, so I have trouble finding a dentist that I can work with. Dr. Gordon IS AMAZING! He immediately puts me at ease and is so very gentle and patient. His competence as a dentist is second to NONE and his demeanor and temperament is likable and reassuring. His staff are helpful and non-judgemental. I am always greeted pleasantly. I wouldnt want to go anywhere else!

Dr. Olson and his staff are very professional, respectful and understanding. I like taking my child to their office. They answer are my questions and listen to all my concerns. My child thinks Dr. Olson is funny and she likes going here for her visits. I would highly recommend this office to anyone. Thanks for such great service!!!!

i currently take my daughter there and soon my son Dr.Olson is by far the best. beyond great with her makes her laugh normally my daughter wants me to translate everyth ing to doctors and dentist but not with him. he is our Dr. as long as we all have teeth. you know hes great we live in chambersburg and make that drive every month

The orthodontist (Dr. Olson) is awesome, very good with kids and is very laid back. If you have a question he will explain it to you that you can understand it, not in dental terms. The girls in the office are very pleasant. I am not the kind of person that gives reviews lightly, but this is a great place!

I had three fillings done and they all fell out within two days. When I finally got in to have them fixed I was told they forgot to cure the last filling which was why they fell out. No offer to compensate me for the extra time or trip to have their error fixed. Not happy with this experience at all.
