I was really concerned because I had several badly broken teeth and I couldnt chew or eat on my teeth anymore, I knew my teeth were in really bad shape but I was worried about the cost and I was scared I was going to lose my teeth. I am so glad I was fortunate enough to find Dr Gaznavi, she told me my teeth were in bad shape but that she would do her best to avoid root canals since the root canals would cost me more money and she said it would be better for my teeth if we could try and see if we can avoid doing the root canals. My teeth were a mess but she managed to put my teeth back together with crowns. I left the office the day of my appointment and that night I was actually able to chew and eat on those same teeth I had been avoiding for months. Ive had my final crowns for a few months now and they look and feel great and I didnt need any root canals. Their office also works with companies that give you a no interest payment plan so I could afford to get the work done. Overall very happy with my new wonderful dentist, Dr Gaznavi, highly recommended to anyone who needs really good dental work.

Went here to get an emergency checked out on a saturday--bottom tooth knocked loose. They took x-rays and the dentist said she could feel that it was very infected and i needed a root canal. They quoted me about $1300 for the root canal and said i would have to pay over $800 out of pocket and then they would submit the rest to insurance. They talked like salesmen and were very pushy. When i told them i wasnt going to get it done they seemed angry. I was charged $130 for the x-rays and their sales pitch. They called me later to try to negotiate price. I dont know what kind of dentist haggles. Went to my family dentist the next week and they found NO INFECTION, said that i DO NOT NEED A ROOT CANAL and grinded my tooth to a comfortable height. WALKING OUT OF HERE SAVED ME OVER $800. They are either grossley incompetent or completely untrustworthy. Either way, I would never trust them to do dental work on me.

A dentist who cares about your teeth and your overall well-being? That is hands down Dr. Paige Gaznavi! I have been a patient for over 10 years and although the leadership initially changed, Dr. Gaznavi had staying power and continued to give her patients the best advice and care. The front office staff (Ms. Mary) is very caring and professional and is knowledgeable about dental treatment and services. The dental technicians are thorough and personable and make sure that you are comfortable during your visit. I would recommend this office to anyone under any circumstance. You get what you pay for and dental health is expensive. Dr. Gaznavi makes sure that she discusses options to best meet your financial needs. I mean what doctor does that? She spends time with you and provides comprehensive consultations:)

The dental procedure was ok. The only issue I had with them is that they over charged me saying that they will refund me once the insurance company pays them. I had to call several times two months after the fact to try and get them to refund my money. The receptionist literally yelled at me and told me that its my credit card fault and not theirs. She refused to look into it and see if they made a mistake or if the refund was issued. I called my credit card company and they immediately called them. After she talked to my credit card company, she called back and was suddenly very nice about it. They even agreed to write me a check and send it over right away. I would stay away next time due to terrible customer service and because they refuse to pay back money that you paid in advance.

Told me to take a deep breath in while my mouth was open before numbing when I came in after the crown she installed fell off after I hit a speed bump too hard. Took a deep breath, pulling cool air forcefully past the exposed tooth pulp. She told me "this is why you take care of your teeth so this doesnt happen. Maybe now you will learn". Shes sadistic. Oh if Ive ever had a sketchy dentist...talk about Unneded work. Root canal on a baby tooth? Or the trash talking clients who are in poor dental hygiene? Glad I found a dentist right down the road who offers much better quality and much more compassionate care. Ill never be back to this place. Advise searching rockville pike twinbrook area

Im from new jersey but in school in maryland and needed an emergency root canal.I scheduled an appointment with mary who was very kind and helpful.The office was very clean and nice and all of the staff was extremely helpful and imfortative of the procedure and what to expect.My Dr was Dr Gaznavi she was very helpful in letting me know the options pertaining to my root canal and suggested the best one for me.The procedure was great i felt a little pain in which i was given more numbing medication which helped,they were able to perform a perfect root canal overall the experience was great im not a fan of going to the dentist i think no one is but if i had to go to one i would go here!!!!

I am a long term patient of Dr Gaznavi and Rock Creek Dental Center and I have always had a good experience with both my dental work with Dr Gaznavi and my interaction with the staff. I have had both very simple and very complex procedures done over the years and it has all been done to my satisfaction. I know that Gaznavi will always care for my mouth the same as she would for herself or a family member and that she cares about the quality of her dental work. I am very pleased with all the dental treatment I have received and would recommend Dr Gaznavi and her staff to anyone looking for a really knowledgeable dentist who will provide you with really great dental work.

Its really not hard to find a Dentist, but I feel Dr. Paige Gaznavi isnt just any dentist. She really shows how much she cares and has a way of putting her clients at ease. I really appreciate how she shares her knowledge on why taking care of our teeth is so important. I seem to learn something new every time I have a cleaning appointment. She also works quickly and effectively because she knows her clients have busy schedules. I cant say enough thanks and express my appreciation to Dr. Gaznavi and the staff at Rock Creek Dental Center.

My family of 6 got kicked out of the practice because we couldnt afford her treatment plans for all of us. Which in total came to around $10,000.00. All of that was for cavities (of varying levels), root canals, extractions, and scaling. Told her we couldnt afford that upfront and could we make arrangements. Was told payment is due when services are rendered. Then got called 6 months later about scheduling our cleaning appts.
