My first time there I had an exam/cleaning which was fine. I knew Id have to get some fillings which they scheduled me for a few weeks later. I asked about sedation/nitrous gas because I have had issues with dental work before. They said they offer it but I had to pay out of pocket, which I was willing to do. They scheduled my fillings for a later appointment, but when I got there I had to wait over an hour in the chair before they even came to see me. Then they were in a hurry, so when I asked again about the gas, they said Id be fine & it really wasnt necessary. I tried to deal with it but they had to stick me so many times with novocaine I was in tears. They were not gentle & my head, neck & jaw were sore for days. The fillings are sloppy & I am probably going to have to pay for someone else to fix them. Not going there again.

My wife and I saw Dhinal Patel for our cleanings and he was absolutely amazing! Very patient, confidently answered all our questions about the proposed treatment plans for the both of us. The front office receptionist, Jessica, was extremely friendly as soon as we walked in the door for ourent first appointment and has gone above and beyond for us with our insurance companies. The dentist himself, Dr.Masood, doesnt only have a great bedside manner, but he also provides you information without sugar coating it. He has always been upfront and honest with myself and you wife about everything which only adds to the great experience we have gotten from everyone else in the practice. Thank you for everything!

While my hygienist was very thorough and pleasant-the doctor that I dealt with was very pushy-I tried to explain to her that my insurance would not cover the porcelain veneer that she wanted me to get--so sure enough when I go out to the reception area-the staff member informs me that my insurance wont cover the proposed veneer---duh! The doctor also did an oral cancer screening which was basically me sticking my tongue out for her to check--had I known that my insurance would not cover this--I would not have let her see my tongue! Now I have a $25 bill because I stuck my tongue out....I wont be going back to this dental practice.

So to start, the staff here are about the most considerate folks Ive ever met. I left another practice on a referral from a friend and Im glad I did. They were unable to provide my dental needs because Im impervious to lidocaine, but they wouldnt do it because they didnt want me to be in pain. Thats pretty thoughtful in my book! They went soooo far as to reach out to another surgeon who was previously too booked to see me and get me in for my procedure (which they dont get paid for) because of my misfortune. I have some other work to be done and Im certain Ill get it here..

They know their stuff but I just did not care for their approach. Recommended a bunch of procedures without explaining why. I will spend my $5,000.00 at a more warm, inviting, caring office. My appointment was late in the day and I think that had something to do with their demeanor. The financial coordinator/front office receptionist was the only person I actually felt was kind. The hygienist was very snobby. I attempted to make jokes and conversation she was completely uninterested.

I cannot believe this place has all these good reviews. I have been a customer from the beginning and have put up with a lot of mistakes but the newest doctor is just despicable. he talked me into getting invisalign and the results are so bad. When I complain he say its too late to change it. He also did really expensive crowns that now hurt every time I chew and he tells me its normal!!!! They will take your money and then leave you in pain. I dont know how dr. Masude stay in business.

I had a tooth pulled that should have been cut out 3 weeks later i was still in pain and they kept telling me motrin and salt water rinse. I was not given any antibiotics and just in such pain. Went to a different dentist bc something didnt seem right. The bone was infected thank god i listened to my gut and got a 2nd opinion. The rest of the staff is really nice and helpful. The dentist that used to be there i enjoyed more but the rest of my dental needs i will be going else where

The practice overall is phenomenal but I would especially like to thank Dhinal Patel. He makes each trip to the dentist that much easier. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy and more importantly healthy. He ensures you are comfortable and is always willing to help you receive the care you need. Honestly, going to the dentist has never been better.

They are so amazing here! Very sweet, professional, and gentle. Ive had cleaning, fillings, and my wisdom teeth out, and Ive been super impressed. Life long client now. Got a super fantastic cleaning/stain removal by dhinal patel. My teeth have never ever looked better. Happy to be able to smile again!

highly pissed off with this dental office! I went in to have my teeth fixed and paid for it. I paid in full so I thought but they apparently they dont talk to each other and now are sending me bill that i should not be getting because when I left the day of service I was told I was paid in full!!

So nice and clean. Everyone jokes with you makes you feel comfortable. I am a little baby when it comes to the dentist cant stand pain. Their was no pain what so ever. Even the receptionist asked me if I wanted her to come back and hold my hand when I got that needle put in my mouth.

I have never been so happy with a dentist. The staff was incredible. I went with pain from wisdom teeth and my mouth was very sensitive. They were very gentle and I was able to get them extracted on the spot- PAINLESSLY. Highly recommend!
