I went to see this Dentist on 5/10/17 I called the same day and they were able to accommodate me, I was very grateful cause I had an urgent need to see a dentist. I went there and was sent to a room with a young lady, a dental assistant or the like. The dentist told her to take x-trays of my wisdom tooth. She kept trying and trying to capture the image. At least 3 occasions she took images and the dentist told her to kept trying to get better images. After approximately 40 minutes of laying there with no progress being made, I got up and left. This seems to be a recurring issue here. The first time I didnt think much of it. But, this time was a complete waste of my time which is unacceptable. (Im not confident that my filling was done right. I was eating something that irritated my tooth. I had this procedure done in Feb or so, shouldve been healed by now. That was the reason for my visit.) My suggestion for the facility is to hire experienced staff so that your customers are satisfied when they visit. Do not allow staff to be practicing on customers. I am not a test dummy experiment. I am a human being and I expect to be treated as such. P.S. I find it interesting that I was sent a link to rate my visit. However, it wouldnt let me change to a 1 star rating. Nice attempt ☺. I decided to go directly to Google and write a review instead.

I love the dentist Dr Zia + hygenist Ms. Debbie. Ms. Debbie is so lovable and kind. Her stories is what makes the experience so much easier. I always ask her "youre done already?!!" If you can avoid the receptionist in the front (Eden, I believe) please do. She is very rude and dishonest. Tells you one thing over the phone and something else in person and blames you on top of that. Every time Im there, there is a patient that is angry/confused about the bill she prints. Only sees money and that can really be their downfall. Hopefully they get rid of her and bring the old receptionist back.

My top front bridge had broken off with half my teeth still in the bridge , and I was leaving in 6 days to Miami Florida, for my brother-in-laws wedding. The whole team was wonderful. While I was scared... They were very supportive and helped me to calm down. Dr. Zia Ahmed gave me some choices, took care of business & had me at the wedding on time.. Dr. Igor Shteynshleyger agreed to stay late one night waiting for me to get there for a fitting. Wonderful & Caring Group. Thank you Aspen Hill Implant & Family Dentistry for being there when I really needed the help. I Highly Recommend them!

I had my very first crown done by Dr Goorah this past week and to me it went amazingly smooth. The office staff there are quite nice and knowledgeable. I was given a lot of advice on how to keep food from getting stuck. Id definitely come back if I ever needed another crown (hopefully not!)

The dentist and his assistant were literally arguing while I was getting my wisdom teeth pulled, was very unprofessional and had me quite scared. Also Its very hard to get a prescription when the dentist is rarely there.
