We have been very happy with this practice! My husband and I had very high standards having moved down from New England and leaving a pediatric practice we loved up there. We had a terrible experience at a different NoVa practice before finding Metropolitan Pediatrics. All of the doctors have been wonderful. You get an actual person, not a choose number recording, when you call. Front office staff are pleasant and helpful. Their online portal is also extremely convenient. The one time I had a (very much non-urgent) question, I heard back within 2 hours. We are expecting our second and are glad we already have such a great practice lined up!

I had made an appointment about 1 month ago for today. I have a newborn,a job and a lots of things to do. So when I made an appointment at metropolitan pediatrics for 9 am. I am squeezing it to my busy schedule. I went the office at 9 am like scheduled. I was there for 30 mintswith no help or information watching other ppl that came after me go in and go out..the girl that was at the front desk siting in the middle was the worst person I ever met in my life. She was speaking to the 2 other Ladies that was sitting by her 2 sides in Spanish, laughing while I was sitting there with my new-born. I hope she burns in hell.

The doctors and nurses are great, friendly, and very informative. The down side is they do not have parking for their patients. You have to either pay for parking on the street or park at the library in which you can get a ticket for. Sometimes the library parking gets full and the street parking is full then you have to drive around wasting gas just to see the doctor =/ But other than the parking issue its a decent place for decent medical care for your child.

Weve been using this practice for 3+ years and have always been very pleased with the care our family has received. Weve never encountered rude staff and have always had adequate time to meet with the doctors. One of the doctors in particular has helped us to navigate a scary and uncertain health situation. As others have stated, a downside is the parking situation, but its convenient that theyre near a metro.

Reception is not customer service oriented. Dr. Gandhi is the best doctor in terms of accuracy in diagnosis there but but many times you cant see him and other doctors dont seem very good on their clinical skills. Other doctors dont seem to take time to examine or reconsider proper differential diagnosis or arrange follow up.

We take our 2 year old to Metro Pediatrics and have been since he was 6 months old. They are a modern practice that is knowledgable, efficient and great with kids. The support staff is courteous and prompt in responding to requests. I highly recommend them.

I used to take my kids there but they were dishonest and unethical for adding fake diagnosis on the bill to cheat the insurance company for revenue.

Dont go there, the doctor didnt examinated my newborn baby the way it should be and she only took like 5 min, bad experience
