Gotta break it down into categories: 1. Pediatricians - Dr Lee and another Indian Dr are very nice and helpful. The rest of them just keep saying "its normal for babies" to get away with our questions. 2. Nurses: One of them is really nice and remembers us every time we went there. But the rest of them are horrible! 3 Front desk: these ppl are a bunch of muthafockas, they are very impatient and rude and some times takes 15 mins to answer the phone even though I was caller #1!!!!!

Called them to get an appointment for my son as new patient. I was shocked at the nature of the receptionist. She was so rude and has no manner.I am taking my son to a different office because of the poor customer service.
