I use them when I was living in Illinois I broke a tooth to where the nerve was exposed they got me in on an emergency procedure quoted me a price which I told him I could not afford until payday which was on Friday and this was a Tuesday so I have this expose nerve just pulsating and killing me they prescribed me amoxicillin for an infection I do not have and tell me to take ibuprofen are you kidding me I have an exposed nerve so now I have to wait until Friday to get this taken care of so here I am in excruciating pain and I get the feeling that they didnt really care I even asked so what should I do about the pain I get told take Motrin what kind of Dennis does that I will never return they will not get my insurance money this is a joke

I made a last minute appointment for an emergency procedure and they could not have been nicer or more professional, and being able to schedule an appointment online was extremely convenient. From the administrative assistant that checked me in to the doctor, everyone was very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I am a detail person and I appreciated the in depth description that the doctor gave about every step he was taking in treating me. They fit in my procedure that day even though they were short staffed and it was at the end of their work day. I would definitely recommend Aspen and will return.

I had three teeth removed and the dentist that removed them was very good and caring. I had no pain until the next day. The only thing I do not agree with is that they identified two others cavities and instead of offering to fill them while I was there. I was told that they would have to clean all my teeth at a cost of 1774.00 before they would fix them. So they wold have charged me an additional 2000.00 to fill two cavities. Does not seem like the right thing to do. So when those teeth get bad I Ill have to have them pulled instead of Aspen dental saving them at a reasonable cost. Jimmy Burrier

Very friendly environment! My hygienist, Natalie, was very quick and efficient and I felt like I was new when I was finished with my cleaning. Margaret explained all of my payment options in an easy to understand manner. Dr. Graves had a few recommendations for me and they got me scheduled right away to get everything taken care of. It was easy to reschedule my appointment when I had a conflict and easy to fill out the new patient paperwork. They even offered it to me online so I didnt spend as much time in the office! I would recommend all of my family members and friends to Aspen Dental.

DO NOT GO HERE! They said I needed a filling, that the one I had was falling out. That was a lie. I went to another Dentest the very next day and they said that wasnt true at all! I told then I felt no pain and found that hard to believe. They tried to charge me over $200 dollars for some thing I didnt need. They messed up my friends dentures. They dont even fit in her mouth! They refuse to send them back or fix them so they do. The pregnant Dentest there is so rude! They are very nosy gossiping people. Very unprofessional and lack simple class. Do NOT go to this rip off tacky place!

I have now had two cleanings at this Aspen Dental Office and both have been great experiences. I really like how they run on schedule and when you have an appointment they get you in and out of there. This is unlike many of the family practice dental offices I have been to where they get running behind and therefor every person that comes in after is sitting around waiting. Not only did they run on schedule but they are also very professional from the teeth cleaning to the paperwork. I am now a regular customer at this Aspen Dental and will continue to be for a long time.

I had a fabulous experience at this Aspen Dental in Clarksville IN. Im not from this area and wound up with a cracked denture that made it impossible to eat. I live in Upstate NY and was looking at a 900 drive to get home. I called on Monday morning and Malinda , after hearing my story asked me to come in and let the Teck take a look at it. They asked me to come back in a couple of hours and they had fixed it , certainly until I can get to the nearest AD to me in Plattsburgh NY. I wasnt a client before but after my experience I and my wife will be a client forever.

I cant actually rate the dentist because I never seen them, but as for the service I can. I had an appointment at 2:30, got there 10 minutes early. Waited until 3:15 & never had been called back!! Finally I got up & said I couldnt wait any longer & left. If you are behind I understand, but at least let your customers know that you are running behind so they can decide if they want to wait or leave. I wasted a half a day of work for nothing!!!! Very bad service. 45 minutes is way too long to wait without anyone explaining what is going on.

Inviting and friendly service! My initial visit involved a couple of fillings and while nobody can probably say they like this sort of event Dr. Ihnen did a great job. It was quick and painless and they made sure I was comfortable the entire time. This Aspen dental location is now my regular dentist and everyone is super friendly. My hygienist, Natalie, is great and my teeth feel like new after each cleaning. Appointments are easy and they can easily work around a busy schedule. I would recommend this location to anyone.

I took my daughter to this office for initial visit and exam. We got there 15 minutes early to fill out the short 3 pages. Had to wait an hour before being called back, I was literally getting ready to tell the receptionist we were going to leave. No one told us why we had to wait that long. Then it was an additional hour to get Xray and have a dentist look at her. Again WAY TO LONG. Very friendly staff, esp when it came time to pay, but moved slower than the retirees I was sitting next to in the waiting room.

Im 3 months pregnant and have excruciating wisdom tooth pain. Called this morning, they got me in within two hours and I was out of there within two hours. I have extreme dentistry anxiety and sobbed throughout the entire procedure. Dr. Inhen was fantastic, very patient and kind and didnt make me feel guilty for being so terrified. The dental assistant was equally sweet, and they got the tooth out within a matter of minutes. I will not go anywhere else, although they may not be too happy to see me again! Haha

While they were unable to help me, due to that particular office not being covered under my insurance (the insurance website lists them as being covered), they were very helpful and got me in at the nearest office that did cover m under my insurance. I would have preferred going to this office as they are closer, but until the insurance changes, that is not likely. The staff was friendly and very helpful and went above and beyond to insure that my teeth were dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
