The doctor ran my blood-work to make sure all my vitamin levels were in check after losing a bunch of weight. When we met to go over my results, I specifically asked him about all my vitamin levels individually and he reassured me I was healthy. I took my blood-work to my mom (who is an RN) and she told me they had run a lipids test on me. They didnt even check the vitamins I specifically asked about. They bold-faced lied to me. I went back demanding the blood-work I originally asked for, and they refused to do it unless I payed for an entirely new test, and refused to refund me for the lipids test I didnt need. (By the way, they didnt even have me fast for the lipids test so even those results are completely inaccurate.) When I demanded to talk to a supervisor, the girl who worked at the front counter started threatening to physically attack me. Months later, I found out they didnt even bill my insurance and I only got their first bill months later, when it was already going into collections mode. So now Im sorting out this potentially terrible mark on my credit, for a blood-test I never wanted, that is completely invalid anyway, for an office I cant go back to, because they hire rude unprofessional ghetto gang-bangers who have no CLUE what the hell they are doing, and try to attack patients. BEFORE all of this happened, I had my daughter get her vaccinations there and her yearly checkup so she could go to daycare. About six months later, we had to change daycares, and I called them to fax her records to the new daycare. They could not. Know why? They lost them. Nice. Way to go. Hell of an operation they run there. Not only that, but every single time I have gone there, the staff is rude, unprofessional, loud, unhelpful and incompetent. You can stand at the front desk right in front of them and they wont ask how they can help you until you are waving your arms like an idiot, wondering if you have suddenly gone invisible. If you ask anything of them, other than just sitting down and shutting up, they roll their eyes and give you sarcastic remarks and make you feel like a huge burden. Never have I ever encountered anyone in a professional setting, that was so obvious about how little they gave a F*** about anyone. They dont even deserve one star. They deserve to be drug out into the street and shot. UPDATE: I was forced to deal with these sorry excuses for humans again and the doctor SCREAMED at me for leaving this bad review!! WOW, way to take your professionalism from -100 to -1,000!!! Im sure THAT will get me to change my review!!! NOT. I HOPE YOU ARE READING THIS YOU MED-SCHOOL REJECT!!!

Bring a book. Preferably War and Peace. No matter what time of day you go in, no matter how empty it looks, you will be waiting hours and whatever disease you went in with has a good chance of killing you before you receive medical attention. WORST part is the front desk. Ive been going here for years and every single person they have hired to answer the phones or run the front desk is the most sarcastic and snotty piece of work Ive ever seen. When I call I get hung up on 50% of the time. The other 50% I get put on hold for over 15 minutes, but usually about 25 minutes. They taker personal calls at the front desk and ignore you. Right when you walk through the door you are greeted with a sneer as if they could not possibly be bothered to do their job. The doctors seem competent enough, but GOOD LUCK trying to get one, either on the phone or even with an appointment. Most likely you will get a nurse practitioner, which again is fine, but it sucks because you never seem to get the same person to help you out and they dont seem to talk to one another. Worst of all, the front desk loses charts and test results like its their job, so basically every time you see a doctor or RN, its like the first time they have ever seen you because they never have your chart and you never get the same person. The charts are most likely missing because the front desk is lighting their crack-pipes with them instead of filing them where they belong. Honestly they need to fire everyone who works the phones and front desk there and start over. Obviously whoever is training them perpetuates an atmosphere of hostility and trashy behavior. This is a doctors office, not a biker bar. Get some class.

Went in for an appointment at 2:45 wasnt seen until about 4:30 wasnt done until around 6:40 I went in for an examination which consisted of an X-ray and a Pulmonary Function Test (PFT) which all took me not more than 30 minutes the rest was waiting around. Needed to pick up paperwork 2 days after so the doctor could "thoroughly" fill out my paperwork. Wasnt able to pick up that day due to work went by the following Monday and they couldnt find it and wanted me to wait until the guy who had it wasnt busy so I left told them to have it there in the front when I returned in the afternoon went back they had no idea what I was talking about made me stand there 5 minutes while a girl looked for it then a lady who I hadnt spoke to just stood up opened a cabinet and grabbed my paperwork which didnt have everything I needed waited around more to get the rest of the info I needed for another 20 minutes until I got fed up and went and asked if it was ready and they told me "oh yeah" so if I hadnt gone up to the front and asked god knows how long I would have been up there. Would give negative stars if I could.

Incompetent staff. Cant get ANYTHING done right. Doctor and nurses are great though. Receptionist will "schedule" your next appointment and tell you the next time that there was "no appointment scheduled." Puts the wrong dates on documents. Wont fax or get paper signed when you need them too. Will tell you that your prescription is at your pharmacy and when you go pick it up its not there. It took 3 days for them to finally get a prescription (which was really needed for a infection.) I dont understand how these receptionist even have their jobs. I have never seen such a disorganized bunch of people. This place would be A+ if not for the front desk women. They cant even look at you and greet you properly when you walk up to the window. They just throw a clip board at you to fill out your info... (Which you have to do every time by the way.) Should they not keep this on file? In fact they never seem to have ANYTHING of file from previous visits. Prescriptions, appointments, past payments ETC. ZERO effort from this staff, you can totally tell these women are just there to collect their paychecks.

Not only is the staff rude and unprofessional, but the wait times are ridiculous. It does not matter if you schedule an appointment or come as a walk in, plan on spending at least an hour waiting. An hour on a good day. The last time I came after waiting 2 hours and 40 minutes, I asked how much longer it would be and the externship student at the front desk said, Just a second, please have a seat and sent me back without any answer, estimation or anything. Schools should not send students here of they actually want them to know how to give good customer service in a health care setting. The only thing students will learn is how to be rude. Then once you get in a waiting room plan on waiting another half hour at best and when the doctor gets to you, whichever one that will be, he or she will spend 5 minutes at most with you before rushing you out the door. Dont come here.
