I was referred to this office by my ortho for a cervical epidural. I was told they would call me to schedule an appointment after the procedure was approved by my insurance as this is a workers comp issue. I wait 2 weeks and finally hear from them. I was given an appointment for 2 weeks from that date. I arrive early as is my custom, especially as a new patient. The staff is rude and condescending. After waiting nearly an hour I am taken to an exam room. I meet with the PA and am given a cursory neurological exam. Then I am given a video to watch on the procedure. When the PA comes back, I have to have blood work? To check for infection? I dont even have an appointment for the procedure yet. I get the worst blood draw of my life,it took a week to heal and an appointment for two weeks from then. A week before I am told no pain meds and no nsaids. One the afternoon before my appointment I get a call that the procedure has not been approved, he will call me no later than 10 am the next day as my drive is 2 hours to the office. At 943 the call comes that I am still not approved and we reschedule for two weeks later. At 3 pm, I get a call from the insurance, she called the doctor on Monday and approved it, despite that fact that the doctors office never sent the paperwork she requested! Now I am really confused since I was told just that morning (Tuesday) that it was not approved. I call the doctor, speak with the same gentlemen I have been communicating with. His response is "I dont know, I just make the calls, let me find out." I wait 10 minutes at which point I get an apology that yes they got the message this morning after I was told not to come in. Well actually YES the call came in yesterday but we did not get the message until today??? Very unprofessional. So can you come in Wednesday? Yes. I arrive early, check in and wait. 15 minutes after my appt time, I am called back. The tech cannot figure out the blood pressure machine, asks me the same questions repeatedly and finally has me write down the information and sign it. I am settled into the exam room and finally a nurse comes in with an IV Bag and syringe. When I asked what that was she stated for your procedure? Yes obviously but what is it? My sedation? I am not being sedated, no one mentioned sedating at anytime and as I have had this procedure elsewhere twice already and never been sedated. I asked to speak with Dr Delahoussaye and she leaves. 10 minutes later another nurse comes in and asked if I am ready? No have questions. She wants to know what questions? So I ask, why sedation and why was I not informed of this prior to this visit? Her response? Didnt you watch the video? Yes and they never mentioned sedation. Her response? Its in case you have an allergic reaction???? I am now insisting on speaking with the doctor. Her response he is too busy and wont be able to see me for awhile???? But you were just going to sedate me and leave me in a room until he could get to me??? Dont bother I am leaving. Please avoid this office like it was the plaque!!! Unprofessional, untrained, rude and condescending people with a doctor who obviously does not care about his patients or their concerns. I am writing this 6 hours after my leaving and have had no contact from him or his office.

Ive been coming here for several years. I bring my son here to. I love this place. Ive only had a problem once and it was because I showed up a few minutes late to my appointment. As long as you are on time and bring everything you need and have it out and ready everything gets done in a timely fashion. Obviously if you show up late without the proper paperwork youll struggle to be seen at your original appointment time...its kinda common sense. I absolutely love this place and the doctor me and my son see is so nice and understanding hes patient and makes sure I leave with all my questions answered and that my son gets the best absolute care possible. The nurses are amazing and the receptionists are very nice to me Ive never had a problem with anyone ever. I would write the names of my favorite nurses and receptionists and my sons doctor to give them a little shout out and give them credit for their amazing work but not sure if Im allowed to do that...lol anyway I love this place and Ive never had a problem if anyone has had a problem here well hopefully you find a place that suits your needs personally Im happy here and Im going to stay here

After reading the two previous reviews I decided to give these folks the benefit of the doubt. They close at 8 p.m. I was having a kidney issue and walked in at 7:20 p.m. I was told by the staff there that they had already taken their last patient, that they had 5 people "back there," and that they (staff) had had a long day. Why did the one girl say that they had had a long day??? Because she knew full well that theyre supposed to see me because theyre open til 8 p.m.!!! She gave herself away. Clearly, theyre in the wrong business. Like Kendrick said; Avoid at all cost!!! .

Experienced first hand, on several occasions, the same type of unprofessional treatment by the ladies in the front taking appointments, gathering data, handle payment after appointments completed. They are so rude and really bothered by their patients concerns or request for information. The staff is the back attempts to sign you up for every test possible my guess is to pay for all the medical equipment (EKG, x-ray machine, bone density testing, blood testing, etc.) I just went in for a severe sinus infection and they ran me through the gammut of testing.

Cant say that I am happy. I called 4 times today to ask a question and the operator transferred me 4 times to the same extension with a recording that the mail box was full. Each time I called back, I told her that this was the result. By the 4th time, I figured that it was futile. I am not sure that I will call back. However they are one of only two facilities that offer travel immunizations. Perhaps after the Thanksgiving Holiday, I will have better results. If so, I will update my review.

By far the rudest staffed facility Ive encountered here in Las Cruces. The old lady who sits and the front and essentially just gives everyone attitude is one of the keys parts why this place sucks, between her and the radiology tech who was rude as well. I went in due to an accident and needing xrays, will never go back nor refer anyone to this facility. Unless you like being treated like trash and given attitude if you have a question, I suggest you go somewhere else.

This place is not very good. They test for everything they possibly can, even for simple things. Today I went because my daughter was sick and despite the door saying 7 days a week and their answering service telling me they were open till six pm, they were closed. Doesnt surprise me though, they had a pollen report on the wall from 2014. NOT very well ran or organized. Today was the last straw. Taking my business elsewhere!
