I came in with a nasty, festering sore on my lip after a dental extraction. I had the sore for about a month and was in terrible pain. Dr. Kelli jones and her nurses took such great care of me. She examined my lip, told me that the next best stop is a dermatologist. While I was there the team made sure I was comfortable as far as offering blankets and medication to help out with the sore. They even offered my husband some small comforts while we waited. Also, no waiting time to be taken back. The facility is very nice and since it is new the doctors and nurses spend a lot with you one on one and definitely try to lighten the situation with some zinger jokes . I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone

Went to Littleton Adventist a month ago and was treated horribly while in tremendous pain from kidney stones. The doctor was so horrific that I came to SCL instead when the kidney stones came back, hoping to find someone who would actually believe the pain I was in. They were INCREDIBLE. Literally every single person. The hospital is beautifully set up, the ER rooms are comfy, and everyone is compassionate. Definitely coming here for any emergency needs in the future. Shout out to Elizabeth, the ultrasound tech for being an angel.

Amazing experience for being sick. The front office women was very fast and helpful and kind. The RNs, Doctor, and techs were all fast friendly and efficient. Dont waste your time anywhere else, go to a hospital that has great patient care AND great customer service.

Front desk was pushy with payment!! I was made to feel like a Medicaid patient when I had good insurance. Triage nurse Laura was LESS than friendly. Very slow and Dr Keller talked down to us like we were children. Will NOT be back!!!!!

The staff were amazing! Gave my sons the TV remote to watch a show along with snacks. A nice quiet and clean facility.
