I sliced my finger badly while making dinner on a Sunday afternoon, and definitely needed stitches. Im a Kaiser member, so I knew this ER was in my network (and close to home). I walked in, was greeted and signed a form, and immediately taken back to an exam room. The doctor and all the nurses were wonderful, very attentive and kind, and I was stitched up and on my way home in about an hour. I hope I dont need an ER anytime soon, but if I do Im so glad SCL Healths ER is nearby and great.

I went there for my pain and they did not treat me at all, all they did was they told me that I need to see my own doctor and I was there during the weekend. Anyway as soon as I walked in to the er, the receptionist told me that they are not able to help me and but I insisted to see the doctor but still no help. So disappointed that I had to go to another place, reception was rude and disrespectful.

Best ER ever! The staff here are so nice and the care I received was fantastic. It is so nice going to this ER instead of a busy and long wait at a big hospital. I went during the night and I think the night crew there is awesome!
