I have a lot of history in this hospital, I was treated for my Pylonidal cyst there, the 1st time I went there they were really nice and helpful, the following surgery was good to, although I was not really left right but I will blame Dr. Davalos for this. I was taken here while in a coma due to an overdose, although I am grateful for the staff who really helped me to come out from this coma the whole experience at the ICU was all over the place, 1st of all they did not want to change my dirty sheets or help me take a shower, which was horrible.. I had to basically fight for that. I had one nurse asking me why I tried committing suicide, which I did not, they never let me speak to a doctor and the doctor never showed up! That nurse was distracted all the time, she LIED to me saying I sing paperwork, which I know i hadnt and then showed me that I hadnt! They basically sing my name for me which is ILLEGAL, I had to submit a complaint, after that HORRIBLE nurse I got a nurse who was nice, I mean it he was the NICEST nurse ever! He treated me with absolute respect, I felt like someone was there for me, he even stopped that rude nurse on being rude when they changed shifts. AWESOME guy, I dont know if he is still there at nights on the ICU, and I had 2 more nurses after him who were really nice and respectful. I just still hated that they never actually had a doctor come to talk to me about what had happened, they sent me to a mental hospital, which released me that SAME day because they listened to me side of the story of why I was overdosed, it was because of neglectful doctor who mixed in all types of medications that I did not need. The other times the hospital was okay, I went to the ER and they told me the same thing about UTI, which it wasnt a UTI, but they did their best. I had a couple of more surgeries and was okay, I had the BEST doctor there Dr. Mario Nutis. Last time I went for a surgery was early this year and it wasnt the best. The "nurse" was on the phone or out most of the time, I needed help getting ready but he did not help, he offered when I was almost done, he put a guy that was NOT a medical professional take my IV out and I was bleeding a lot, and take care of me most of the time, I was in A LOT OF pain and did not let me have ANY medication for pain, and he also made that guy take me out to the front, he left me alone to go off, and I had to walk myself out off the hospital, right after surgery... It was PAINFUL! HORRIBLE... HORRIBLE... I mean I would love to be part and helping out there, but I do think that this facility is alright, they have some rude staff, which that is found everywhere now, but other than that they are good. I would go there again, I would even give birth there because what is good there, is good! So if you are a woman and need a OBGYN for you to give birth, go to Dr. Nutis! Also, they do have a GREAT pre-op team, very nice! The ICU can be with some rude nurses, but there is a lot of awesome ones to, and they do work hard for the patient.

STAY FAR AWAY!!! This hospital is a complete joke. I have a history of atrial fibrillation, and I started having an irregular heart rhythm, but it thankfully went back into a normal sinus rhythm before I got in to this crap hole. I had explained that I was experiencing palpitations earlier, but was in a normal rhythm and only wanted to talk to a doctor about continuing a prescription for metoprolol (a standard medication) when I arrived. I was brought into the exam room and given an EKG which, as was expected since I knew I was in a normal rhythm, showed nothing abnormal. Still, they brought me into a room and ordered an X-ray without bothering to ask when my last one was (less than a couple months ago). Once Dr. Motoko came in, she was extremely abrupt and had no compassion. She constantly talked over me and my wife and even refused to call the ER I was last seen at to verify my medical needs. She gave me a thousand excuses why she wouldnt write me a standard prescription, and finally when I asked what harm it would do to just write me a prescription until I can see a cardiologist, she looked at me blankly for a good 5 seconds and said, "...Hypertension?" After telling her that all I am asking is for her to treat this like Im being totally dishonest and call the ER I was at previously, she said she would come back after helping a few other patients and doing a work up on my EKG. Out of nowhere, a girl from registration comes in and throws this agreement at me saying I agree to pay the medical expenses incurred here. I explained that all of this was completely unnecessary, she just says that Ill have to call their billing department and figure it out with them. I am now typing this still in the ER after having been here a total of 3 HOURS, and sitting here not even sure if this stupid "doctor" is even going to write me a standard prescription. Everyone here is completely incompetent and this hospital is clearly in the business of getting every penny they can out of sick people. Stay very far away from this place unless you like subpar medical care and an utter lack of care for patients. *EDIT* We ended up waiting for that idiot doctor to come back for an hour before we decided to leave. As we were walking out, the nurse stopped us because the fool ordered blood work for me! More unnecessary crap they were going to force us to pay for just to be told they werent going to help us. We did not sign anything agreeing to pay for the visit and will not be paying a dime to this piece of crap hospital. Again, stay far away from this place.

Ok lets summarize. You or your loved one are not feeling well today. You are searching for an emergency room near you and this one pops up and you wonder if you should go here. Save yourself a heart attack and money and dont go here. Simple. If you care to know one of the reasons why, here is my experience: I was at this hospital last year with my boyfriend due to a car accident. When we were getting ready to do a CT scan, I saw a sign on the wall that said if you are pregnant, lets us know please. So thats what I did. Then I was sent in a room near by. The nurse put an iv water on me, gave me tylenol and literally told me that theres nothing much they can do or give me since I am pregnant. I was then discharged and went home. After that I dont remember when I received my bill. That was a hard time for me with my boyfriend dying. Several months later I call to give my insurance info and I am told its too late to do that. So I request my bill sent to me so I can mail it to Tricare. Thats when I see they charged me $37,980 for the scan, labs and services I did not even receive. I called several times to check to claim thats not my bill and they are not even sure it is mine and keep telling me it will be sent to the auditing department to verify that. Since then they want to put the blame on me and add that was the doctors services to me ( and I want to add that I did not even see a doctor). I am still calling till now to rectify the "mistake" and I just get put on hold all the time. Long story short, this hospital is awful. You can literally hear the nurses and doctors laugh hysterically 5 minutes away while there are sick people near. Yes there are good people there but very few. Very inconsiderate.
