MOST DISGUSTING AND STUPID HOSPITAL (AKA REHAB) I HAVE EVER SEEN. WHERE SHOULD I BEGIN: WORST MANAGEMENT, NURSES & THERAPIST ARE IRRESPONSIBLE TO THEIR NECK. THEY COME THERE TO MAKE MONEY WITHOUT WORKING. IF YOU WANNA MAKE MONEY WITH OUT ANY KIND OF WORK, YOU SHOULD (JOIN)/ WORK THEIR BECAUSE THAT IS THEIR MOTTO (MAKE MONEY WITHOUT WORK). HOW COOL THAT IS!! NO RESPONSIBILITY, ONLY MONEY. :) THEY WOULD NOT CARE ABOUT A PATIENT, NO MATTER HOW SEVERE THE PATIENTS CONDITION IS. THEY WILL DO JUST WHATEVER PLEASES THEM. EMPLOYES THERE DO WHATEVER COMFORTS THEM, NOT THE PATIENTS. NO PATIENTS GETS ANY PRIRITY OVER THERE. IT IS NOT NEED BASED (FOR THE PATIENT), IT IS WHATEVER THEY JUST LIKE TO DO. NURSES SUPERVISORS ARE ALSO AS STUPID AS THE NURSES & THERAPIST ARE. THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL AND THEY WILL DO WHAT IS BEST FOR THEIR COMFORT. PATIENTS DO NOT GET ANY PRIORITY OVER THERE. SOME OF MY PREVIOUS COMMENTER ARE VERY RIGHT. I WOULD NOT EVEN ADMIT MY DOG (OR ANY PET) OVER THERE; FORGET ADMITTING MY FATHER/MOTHER OR LOVED ONES. MOST PATHETIC AND DANGEROUS PLACE EVER TO PUT YOUR FATHER/MOTHER, IN THEIR CARE. IF YOU DO, YOU ARE JUST LITERALLY PUTTING THEM IN HELL.

We were amazed at just how the RNs genuinely care about their patients here. I saw them take the time to really get to know patients and show such a high degree of care that it surprised me at first. Its a small hospital and seemed like the providers spent the time getting to know and answering their patients questions. Ive never seen such caring RNs and CNAs. They really care and spend the time (when they have it) joking and being genuine. There are downsides, but you see those everywhere you go, and its not as bad as the big hospitals. The wound care team is unbelievable. They are willing to tackle really hard wounds that no-one else would touch. We found patients from all across the US there being treated because their wounds were so complex. Matt, Stacey and Dr. Herrmann are so committed. The therapy department is staffed by a bunch of passionate lunatics who genuinely care about getting their patients up and moving. Ive seen them cheering and dancing in the hallways due to the smallest achievements. Overall, the staff is what makes this a really special place.

Just transferred my 88 yr old mother for MIRSA infection. An amazing facility, unlike normal hospitals they dont believe if you are old you should die. Staff are educated and care and pay attention to details. From CNA to RN to Dr Jahaveri, to PT and OT to respiratory to everyone one, each and every staff is a true caring professional. They are the best and I cant thank them enough.

The staff take forever to answer the call light. They leave the patients unattended. My dad was left in a chair from 11 am to 9 pm causing him to get more sores and his bottom. He can not be in a chair that long. He is allergic to soy, and they give him tube feeding that has soy in it. They know that he is allergic to it and still give it to him. I am very dissatisfied with this place.
