If Dr Leslie Armstrong is your Dr. Your better off dying,leave this hospital and find somewhere else to go. She has NO ETHICS, NO MORALS, SHE IS JUDGEMENTAL, RUDE, HORRIBLE BEDSIDE MANNER, AND WILL NOT ADHERE TO HER OATH OF CONDUCT. 5/26/16 I awoke around 1am with a severe TMJ attack. I did as I usually do. I tried to handle it myself with over the counter Tylanol and Alieve. Nothing worked after writhing in pain for two more hours I knew I had to go to the ER. Ive had TMJ over half my life mind you so now that im 30 id say I know my body pretty well. I googled nearest hospital to my location Longmont United came up. So I went. I was processed rather quickly until the nurse had technical issues with her computer. after that I waited for a dr to see me. I sent my friend to find the dr I was in so much pain I wanted to rip my face off at the jaw. she went to ask around and came upon a lady sitting at the computer and asked how long itd take till I was seen. the lady told her there were a few patients in front of me. Low N Behold that same lady comes in and guess what shes my dr. so instead of saying ill be her dr im finishing up with a few patients and ill b on my way she just says the dr will b there in turn. The dr comes in asks me what im there for I explain for the millionth time what im doing there. the first words out of her mouth are "well im not giving u any pain medication you were just in a cpl days ago." Shocked I look at her and tell her she is wrong I havent been to the dr since March when I pulled one of my own teeth and had to wait a week to see my dentist. She insisted I was lying that she has the records. So I insisted right back that she better go check those records and her facts because I was NOT in there a few days ago. So she leaves to go look up her fact returns and says oh I guess it was march. lets do the exam. No Apology for accusing me of being a pill head, No Apology for calling me a liar. she does her exam during which she spoke to me as though I was an infant child instead of a grown woman, has ZERO BEDSIDE MANNER ( She forced the ear scope so far into my ear I have new pain)and insists that TMJ is a dentists problem. She wrote me a prescription for prednisone (a steroid medication that takes upto 8 hrs to work.) Nothing for pain. She had the discharge nurse give me 3 prednisone and 2 norco for my pain.along with instructions to go home and take tylanol and alieve for pain. Hello I tried that its not working. Either way I wasted my time for steroids that take 8 hrs and do NOTHING for pain, with instructions to take this problem to other ppl. The same ppl ive gone to that tell me its a dr. problem not a dentist problem. Even went to her recommended dentist and guess what????? Still no pain relief because ITS NOT A DENTIST ISSUE. Personally id b weary of any drs who attended her med school because they obviously let ppl fall through the cracks or she was just that good at cheating or extra credit with her professors any way I look at it this woman should not b practicing medicine.

2 months ago I left a glowing review for this hospital I gave it a great big 5 stars and being that I am a very ill person whom has been to many hospitals I though it carried a bit of weight. Two nights ago a went to the ER with my classic signs of kidney stone. I had tried to pass it on my own for several hours before giving up to the pain a going in to LUH having been there for kidney stones before I had a pretty good idea of how they would handle it however it was a VERY different experience then my last trip. I was brought in normally and the nurse was very nice she said her name was Alice but I noticed her name was Alice2 she said as they usually do when you are in such severe pain I will be right back with some pain meds to make you more comfortable" for which I was grateful for because I was In so much pain I could lay down or even sit for more then a min or 2. how ever she returned with news that the doctor I had had given her instructions only to treat the vomiting for which i was experiencing dew to the pain. I was confused because this was the first time any doctor had refused to treat such severe pain when the I was clearly in enough pain to cause minor soft screams and constant crying THE DOC TO AVOID IN DR.PAUL SULLIVAN MD. he waited over and hour to see me and only say me after I went out in the hall myself to ask for him because I was in so much pain. He decided to do a CT scan. Seamed quite annoyed and me for not holding still for his exam. He gave me quite mild pain mes (100ccs of Fentanyl) and Torridal which I was ok with because it can loosen the muscles in the urriter. knowing from both my past in the ER and my medications list that I have a Torrence to it. and shipped me to CT. I was very uncomfortable with this guy at this point I asked for no more and was simply grateful for the minor edge to be taken out of the pain. Turned out I didnt have a kidney stone. This seemed even stranger because whatever it was it was extremely painful and I was vomiting I wanted to know what it was and i was still in extreme pain. The doctor came in with his arms crossed like a little kind accused me of using the ER for my own opioid drug-mart and said he was discharging me. I asked him what was wrong with me if it wasnt a kidney stone he said he didnt know and shrugged his shoulders. I asked him he he was capable of compassion for a human being at all and he shrugged his shoulders. I will be calling LUH later this morning to find his boss and report this as it is unethical to treat any human being like that but more a kin to kicking a puppy with a broken leg.

AVOID THIS HOSPITAL AT ALL COSTS!! My uncle came in on an ambulance. I arrived about 20 mins before the ambulance did, although he only lives 3 mins from the hospital. Upon my arrival I asked the front desk lady if he had arrived and if I could go back to his room. She was very nonchalant saying he had not arrived, and there were no incoming ambulances. I told her there must be some mistake because the ambulance has been at his house. Again she says no one is coming in. I take a seat in the waiting area. About 15 mins later, I ask Again, has he arrived. She again says No! Becoming frustrated. I decide to wait out front. 5 mins later the ambulance is pulling in. I ask her can you please check to see if he is in. She says Yes, and no i could not go back, as they were busy with him. I continue to wait in the waiting room for about an hour. I ask again if I can please go back. She again says, no. I continue to wait. About a half hour longer another relative of ours comes walking in and asks to see my uncle. This time its a male who had just walked up and joined the gal at the front desk. He grants my relative permission to go back. I quickly get up from the waiting area and said I have been waiting for a very long time and have been asking repeatly to go back. May I go back. This guy says "oh sorry" I havent been up here I didnt know you were waiting to see anyone. I turned and looked at the lady and said she knows!! Ive been asking her!! He says go on back. I finally get to his room and he is on life support and the doctor said they would make one final attempt to save his life, but the odds were not good. Within minutes he was pronounced dead. I lost my chance at saying goodbye to my loved one, because of the idiot at the front desk acted as if she had no care in the world!! He arrived still fighting and alive, how important that time was that I was ignored! Also, when I was finally back there the paramedics that brought him in were very kind and couldnt believe all the time I was in the waiting room. They absolutely had no issue with my family being there by his side! What a WITCH! I did call and report this to the head of the ER. All they had to say was Im sorry. We will have a talk with her. THANKS GUYS!!
