DO NOT COME HERE! I came in today because I got bit by something on my hand which was more then likely a spider, there were 2 puncture marks. My hand swelled up was very red and itchy and painful everyone was very friendly until Dr. Dehler came in. She was very rude and basically came in and told me there was nothing they could do. She looked at my hand and kept talking to me like i was dumb for even coming in for this and made it seem like as if I was exaggerating or Something! She made me feel stupid for even coming in to get it checked out when anyone who saw it told me to go get it looked at because it didnt look good. I ended up having a few words with her and just walked out! SHE is a poor excuse for a Doctor!!

This place is an absolute money grab. Went in for Diverticulitis and the only thing I received was a CT scan and IV drip. In and out in under two hours.Received a bill today to the tune of almost $12,000. I paid $400 out of pocket for a surgery and these crooks want me to pay $12,000 for a CT scan??? This company is nothing more than thieves. I thought I would update this post and let UC Health know that Ive contacted all of our local news stations as well as posted my experience on all of my social media platforms.

I had my first ever hospital admission in September and felt extremely lucky that I went to this facility. Every single person there was phenomenal. They were all extremely professional, compassionate and kind. The hospitals physical environment clearly has been designed to mitigate the stress that patients and families go through during health crises, through noise reduction, healthier lighting, and an attractive interior. Again, I am very grateful that I came here for treatment, and highly recommend it to others.

Dr. Munch is an awful physician. He woke me up rudely yelling at me in front of a nurse. Treating me like a criminal or something. He then stated he wanted to do surgery on me. I reported him to the managing nurse and my personal nurse backed me up. He exited and returned 20 minutes later stating, "I have nothing to treat you for" and discharged me- how do you go from needing surgery to discharge in 20 minutes! Even the nursing staff backed me up. What a joke!

My actual hospital experience was great. All of the staff was great and attentive, its the billing process that is the problem. My appointment was in late February and they are still sending bills my direction (it is now late May). I have 4 different balances and Ive called all different numbers that they have provided and none of them can give me a straight answer. The most frustrating process that I am STILL dealing with.

My son David was seen in the emergency room everyone was quick and very nice,the doctor even called us the next day.I have alot of health problems recently and they have 69 beds for patients this is so much closer I will always use this facility for any emergencys.It also nice to know that my family doctor V works there part time also.thankyou so much stephanie B.

I recently needed stitches for a cut on my finger and came here. I received exceptional care from the ED staff and physician. The registration process was quick and I was in the treatment room immediately. The whole experience was positive from start to finish. I will certainly recommend UC Health Broomfield Hospital to family and friends!

Out of net work cost for thyroid testing at Anschutz location $42.50. Out of net work cost for thyroid testing at Broomfield location $840.29. Check with insurance first. These guys are not in anyones network. Crooks! Great staff though I just wish they told me they didnt take my insurance when I gave them my insurance info at check in.

It says UC Health but it is run by Adeptus Health and you get treated by Adeptus staff. Seems like bait and switch to me. Adeptus is the same company that runs all the UC Health freestanding ERs (formerly First Choice ER). You arent being treated by UC Health staff or UC Health standards. Wasnt the place for me!

I just had surgery on my ankle here today by Dr. Moon, and the staff is amazing, it was quick, I have to stay the night but the food is also amazing. I highly recommend this hospital and Ive been to a lot of hospitals lol also if you get Dr. Moon for a surgeon, then your in very good hands!
