So far my experience here with my dad has been terrible. The nurses are very nice, but it seems they dont know how to read a patient chart. Or how to read the signs they hang in the room. It also takes them an average of 1.5 hours to get anything they are asked to get for the patients. The answer to the majority of the questions we have asked regarding his care has been "I dont know" and that is not an acceptable answer from a health care provider.

This facility is outstanding in every respect. The rehab staff are first rate, the occupational staff are also first rate, the nurses are excellent, attentive and knowledgeable, the techs do an incredible job handing patient needs, the doctor I had was excellent in every way and the overall atmosphere is oriented to healing. Its a warm, friendly and supportive environment. I have a deep sense of gratitude for the care I received. Five stars +!

Female nurses are so rude!!!!! And impatient they are rough with my grandmother!!! They made her cry and heard one of the female nurse talking to another and she said people are saying shes to rough and she said thats her job shes supposed to be rough" I dont think shes supposed to be rough after they came from surgery they also hit my grandmas foot on the door when wheeling her out if the bathroom they have no patients for these people

The nurses, aids, physical therapists, and doctors were outstanding and looked like they loved their jobs. My concern was that my mother was released to early. The hospital said she was ready to return to her independent living apartment. After 2 days/nights of requiring someone with her all the time at her apartment we had to check her into a different rehabilitation facility so she could continue to work on regaining her strength.

My Mom was here two or three times for rehab and after surgery. The Nursing staff was excellent, as well as the respiratory people. I stayed with Mom for 10 days day and night and they were all very kind and courtous to me and especially to her. The staff at night were understaffed but still responded quickly when she called and were very dedicated to her care.

This is my second visit, we just celebrated their tenth anniversary. I must say assume doesnt do these people justice. The doctors and whole staff are outstanding. They are more than healthcare workers they are a family, and once your here you are part of that family for ever! Thanks RHSNM.
