Nurses take forever to attend a patient then when you call they keep you on hold forever, you call again you get on the Id saying hosp home health instead of the Hosp and hangs up what the he do they do it on purpose so they dont have to answer how is one to communicate with fam

Worst hospital ever I was there on 04/22 and I called to get my records faxed over to my PCP in San Antonio and they cant find me in the system but they can sure charge me.
