I am currently at the Memorial Medical Center Urgent Care located at 560 Walton Ave. When I first arrived I went over to the Ecolab hand sanitizer station and when i tried to despensense hand sanitizer liquid it was regrettably out of solution. I thought "well thats fine ill just go to the restroom to wash my hands". So I go to the restroom to wash my hands and when I get soap from the bottle placed on the sink it is almost completely water. Someone or the staff must have added water as to allow for the use of the soap residue left in the bottle. So I washed my hands with the soap that was there and turned to the paper towel which to my dismay was without any paper towel. There was except a paper towel roll on the tank of the toilet. The roll looked very handled by others. So it seemed I was better of, germ wise not even using this facilities restroom. So to sum up this whole experience, the facilities where not being kept up to normal acceptable standards. I think is inexcusable. Simple basic steps can be taken to remedy this lack of cleanliness. But wait it continues now I am in the exam room where the examination bench has not had the paper covering replaced from the last patient. Again cleanliness. Very disappointed in this Memorial Medical Center run Urgent Care.

An absolute waste of my 3 hour wait!!! I usually bring my kiddos to this urgent care but this time was disaster!!! The provided attending us took 2 hours to just come into our room then to not want to proscribe my children anything. Saying that she doesnt proscribe my children the cough congestion medication usually given to them at this urgent care!!! I explained they havent been sleeping well cause of cough and congestion!!! The provider was rude and I will never come to this location if the same provider will be seeing my kiddos!! So frustrating!!!

Care was fine, wait wasnt long but there was no one else in the clinic when I went in so it could have been shorter. Billed as a primary care visit even though the building says urgent care and they charged me my urgent care copay while I was there.

WARNING!!!!! The visit will cost you almost $300 if you do not have insurance. The $80 you pay does not include the $200 charge to talk to a Dr. or Nurse.
