Scheduling is terrible trying to get transferred just puts you on hold for over 30 minutes on any day. They give you the run around after you pay for the appointments and trying to get your results seems even more impossible. Although the staff is helpful its rare to get someone on the line who actually tries to help you and transfers you to the right department. My results have been ready for over two weeks and I still cant manage to see my doctor or get scheduled for an appointment. If youre going to try an get insurance there be prepared to spend the day trying. My radiology results were expensive enough and after a daunting two weeks Im still waiting when they were ready the day after. After countlessly trying to schedule appointments and getting the run around Im posting this to help anyone on what they might expect here for this was the place I decided to get my insurance and health care.

I arrived at 10:15 for my 10:30 appt so I would have any paperwork done by my scheduled time. It is 11:25 & I am Still sitting here! Another woman came in @11:00 & they called here right away! Its11:25 & they finally called me just now because I had to argue with the receptionist over that. Its 12:20 now waiting on an exam room...

The staff was courteous however the dr. does not care about a patients inability to pay for high dollar antibiotics. Dont go there if youre struggling to pay the bills as is.
