So we are here at the urgent care for pain in my jaw from a dentist that cracked my tooth and goes ok go home see you in a month didnt even take the tooth out anyways so we have been waiting since 5 its going on 3 hours and the front desk lady (Aida)doesnt even bother calling us up a long ass time ago to get 3 signatures like seriously a personal phone call can wait and yes she had been collecting peoples incerance cards for a while and when my fiancé goes up to ask her about her not asking us for our incerance. shes been just cleaning her desk on her personal phone call and taking other patients that came after us and their incerance cards right away and we again were waiting for 3 signatures that should have been done when we got here along with chatting with a coworker about non paitent stuff I get you can do that but on your own time

I have made two visits to this facility, different issues, 5 months apart. Service is excellent. July, Kara Adams PA, diagnosed my first issue, quickly--found sliver of glass in my big toe--took care of problem. Today, Adan Menchaca, NP, dealt quickly with a painful crack in the skin on bottom of foot. Assured me no infection, treated it, bandaged. I walked out peace of mind, good care. Wait time was minimal both occasions; today it was Nicole at front desk handling admission quickly. First place Ill go to, for anything that I believe an urgent care facility can diagnose, treat. Most thankful that this facility is nearby.

Went to this urgent care center this morning with a big bruise on my leg from a fall causing a bacterial infection. I made the mistake of telling Dr. Feagan what had worked on previous infections. He did not like that!! He then prescribed a similar oral antibiotic and instead of an antibiotic ointment he prescribed a cream. My insurance would only pay for the ointment and Dr. Feagan refused to change the prescription so I am only getting an oral antibiotic. I am so not impressed when an ego gets in the way of proper medical care.

Front office staff was not present when I entered, when they did arrive they were short with patients. When finally called back the nurse was fine. Doctor spent less than 5 minutes with me and had already diagnosed me prior to seeing me. He did not listen. Since he did not listen, the prescription provided did nothing and I was back at the doctors office a few days later. To top it off I had to pay over $250.00 for the wasted visit plus the costs associated with the second doctors visit. I will not recommend this facility to anyone.

There have been some comments on about how rude the front desk was. It seems to me they are busy, hard working women getting the job done. They were polite and respectful to each patient from my observation. Once in the back, I was taken care of kindly and efficiently. We are from out of state, and I was quite impressed with the service. Was in and out in an hour and a half and there was a line at the door when they opened on a Saturday morning! I would highly recommend!

I went in for a sinus and ear infection. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The waiting room was comfortable. I was seen quickly. I felt like the nurses and doctor were thorough and listened to me. They gave me aftercare instructions and everything was recorded, which is helpful because it is sometimes hard to remember what they said afterward when you are sick. I was thankful for the great care I received at the urgent care clinic on South Valley.

Horrible place and dr linell absolutely the rudest Dr I have ever had! He doesnt care about his patients. I missed two appointments for being in a induced coma and he flat refuses to let me come back and when I said I had proof that I was in the hospital he rudely said "well someone should have let my staff know" well I think my family was pre occupied with worrying if I was going to die more than calling and letting his office know!

My son, who has one lung, was very sick so we went here. The dr, Chelliah, basically shrugged him off and said that she would give him antibiotics but not to start it for two days. We are now at memorial. We were admitted last night. My son has bacterial pneumonia. His oxygen was 79 when we got here. They wasted no time. Will never go to mountain view again.

Horrible experience. Set up an appointment online and didnt get seen until two hours after. Meanwhile, walk ins got seen before us. The place was not busy at all and it still forever. Definitely dont recommend and will not go back.

I went here last week feeling so terrible, Dr. Brooks was not only extremely competent but she was also so so nice. The RNs were also extremely kind. I felt very cared for and today Im 100% because of them.

The woman in the front had a terrible attitude and a rude tone in her voice when I asked her simple questions. Need to learn how to control your emotions lady, would not recommend this place.

Dont forget to read the very unnoticeable signs on the wall that warn you about an extra$ 200-400 payment that will be mailed to you later, because the staff wont let you know about it.

We always use MVMC, love the fact they have a system where it can be sent directly to our PCP, from Urgent Care to Hospital... no excuse not to have any misleading info,#AthenaRocks
