This is such a wonderful facility! Our valley needed this service. My husband suffered acute pain from a temporary condition and we drove from Gypsum at 3 am. My expectations were low as Ive had lackluster urgent care experiences at other facilities. When we arrived, they were ready to treat him at once. He was in a room within 10 minutes and I heard the doctor already discussing his case with the nurses within the first 5 minutes. The team on shift that night worked great together- everyone made an appearance in his room but no one was overwhelming/overbearing/there for no reason. Everyone seemed highly educated and knowledgeable, they worked together efficiently without making us feel anxious (sometimes rushed situations can make patients uncomfortable but that was not the case here.) We were in and out in about 45 minutes! This was a slow night, but their efficiency and professionalism spoke volumes. They deserve awesome reviews.

Had a very poor experience here. After having three weeks of respiratory infection symptoms, my sore throat-turned flu-turned horrible chest pain and what I believed to be either bronchitis or pneumonia, I had no other recourse but to come to the doctor. I came to this clinic because it was closer than the one I usually go to in Dillon. The doctor was very condescending basically implying that I should have gone to my primary physician instead of the urgent care. They refused to take my symptoms seriously because "they couldnt see anything in the x-rays." The problem would have been fixed if they had addressed my illness seriously instead of brushing off my illness and refusing me antibiotics because "they cant just give antibiotics out like h20." I realize that antibiotic resistant causes of illness are a problem. However, it is also poor practice to deny a patient the treatment they need because of this.

I want to thank you for the exceptional care that my mother received. She walked in the doors after being turned away at two other local clinics in the area in severe pain and barely able to move. The front desk staff immediately noticed something was wrong and just asked for her ID and insurance cards and then called for the triage team to get her back. There was no fuss about what kind of insurance she had and they wanted to make sure that she was able to get the care that she needed. I am over 400 miles away and couldnt get there to help her but I know that she was in good hands. Thank you again for all that you do and providing that care that every patient deserves.

My mother was very sick. In fact she could not breathe. We took her to this emergency room and the second she walked in they started shouting at her to put a mask on. They were very unprofessional and did not get her the help she needed because she did not have her ID since she left the house so quickly. After some more shouting my father took her to the Vail hospital where she actually got help. I strongly advise to go to the Vail hospital for any emergencies.
