If I could give 0 stars I would. Unfortunately, I did not get to see the doctor. I initially scheduled an appointment for 11:30 am. Immediately afterwards, I cancelled it and made a new appointment for 11:10 am. On the day of the appointment, I received a reminder. I left work to make it to the appointment. When I got to the office, the person at the front desk said I did not have an appointment and that I had cancelled it. I explained to her that I had cancelled the 11:30 am appointment but had made a new appointment at 11:10 am and had received email confirmation. Her co-worker comes over and asks to see my appointment confirmation. I showed it to her and she said she could not fit me in. At some point she told her co-worker that I was "annoying." They did not bother to accommodate me nor asked to reschedule my appointment. However, even if they had asked, there is no way I would want to be helped by them. I considered that maybe if I was of a different ethnicity they would have been more willing to help the situation, but thats just a thought. Please save your self the struggle and frustration this staff gives you. The staff is very rude and not once did they apologize.The doctor should know his staff treats people this way.

Dr Shin delivered my son who is now 8, my daughter who is now 6 years old and my twin boys who are now 8 months old. I would highly recommend Dr. Shin. Normally I do not care to see male doctors and are more comfortable with female doctors but that should show you how comfortable he makes you feel. His bedside manners are professional and courteous. The most remarkable and commendable remark is that after 3 C-sections you can hardly see my scar. He is a master at what he does. Furthermore, you can tell a lot by the people he comes in contact with on a daily basis such as the staff/nurses at Fairfax Hospital. They rant and rave about how awesome he is. He not only takes great care of his own staff at his office but also extends the care and concern to the staff at FFX Hospital. Thank you Dr. Shin for all that you do!!!

Dr. Shin is an alright doctor but he is lazy and rude. He has no care for his patients and does not have a sense of urgency with our medical issues. I have left countless messages after being told he will call me back and weeks have passed and still no phone call. The front desk girls are incompetent and rude with no manners. They make you feel like a bother when coming into the office or even leaving a phone call. So much attitude and actual groans come from their mouths when you ask questions. Ridiculous experience. Do not be a service business and completely lack customer service. Would put 0 stars if I could.

Dr. Shin is the best!!! Everytime I went to my prenatal visits with questions and concerns, Dr. Shin had the answers for me and I always walked out there without worrying anymore. He is very funny and has a positive mind.He delivered my baby last month and my sister captured a photo Dr. Shin smiling with my baby in his hands. You can really tell that he loves what he does. Go to Dr. Shin!! You will feel very comfortable easily! His staff is really nice too! They always remember a face! 2 thumbs up to all of them! Thank you Dr. Shin!!! You are the best!!!

Do you like getting in trouble with your bill ? Do you like pay much more than what you should pay ? Do you like the office staff to treat you like your only worth your money ? Do you want not to covered by your insurance ? Dr. Shin is just so so, but the office staffs are worst ever. They are very rude, unprofessional, asking the money you shouldnt pay, making all the possible troubles with your bills and insurance, and never sorry.

I absolutely love Dr. Shin and his staff! Dr. Shin did such a great job with answering all my questions no matter how ridiculous and made me feel comfortable! The office visits always went great and his staff was always nice!! The whole delivery experience Went great also!! I will definitely recommend him!!!!!!!

Dr. Shin is super nice and talks to you like youre a person. Hes not the kind of doctor who wont listen to what you have to say about your symptoms. His staff is organized and really on top of things.
