Office staff is awful! Unorganized and they never know whats going on. I had to update my information numerous times and they still havent gotten the information correct. They also gave my information to someone else and sent information to an address I never provided them with nor lived at. They took it upon themselves to change it to someones address that had the same last name as me BEFORE I had been married!

Sometimes (as with any practice), they can get behind and you may have to wait...but the staff is very friendly, caring, and overall great. Its worth the occasional minor annoyance.

Look elsewhere. Very unorganized and seem to care less about their patients. Need training on empathy, customer service, and time management.
