Unfortunately I didnt even get to meet Dr.Barbara, Thanks to her rude, unfriendly phone receptionist "Pam". I called to have a consultation for the laser Genius thats good for discoloration in my case along with other great things that laser genius has to offer. After asking her a few questions about this particular pacedure, I went on to tell her it was for my feet and not my face. After telling the receptionist Pam its for my foot I think she got creeped out after that because she became very rude,unfriendly, and unwelcoming. So Dr. Barbara lost a customer that was willing to come in and pay what it takes to get the job done. The right and professional thing for Pam to do is place me on hold and ask the doctor if she performs this type of pecedure on the feet instead of assuming what the Doctor do or dont do. PAM a DERMATOLOGIST deals with SKIN not just FACE!!!!!!!!!!!!

A few years ago, Dr. Honig removed a skin tag. All seemed to go well, but then it got inflamed and hurt Lucky for me, I had an appointment with my regular dr shortly thereafter and she fixed me. The next time I went to her, she was reviewing a condition I had and I reminded her that she removed my skin tag. Her reply was "Oh, I forgot all about that!" As an edit to 2017, I subsequently went to her for a few mole removals and all went very well and healed nicely.

Front desk staff is rude, not welcoming, discussed office matters openly in front of patients, one of the front Desk reps lost a check which had Account information. The Dr. was not welcoming or friendly and rushed the appointment.
