My complaint is not about the Doctor, but about the management of the scheduling and the women running things in the front office. Horribly unreasonable wait times. Everyone in the waiting room had been waiting as long as I had and were scheduled before me. How is this possible at 10:30 in the morning when the place opens at 9:00? I had an appointment at 10:30. I had to wait until just before 2:00 to be taken to an exam room. Then another 35 minute wait. I was even more annoyed that two people who were seen ahead of me were walk-ins, not emergencies (by their own admission), walk-ins.

Beware, these people are not a Maui Jim authorized dealer! Currently dealing with a warranty issue and Maui Jim is trying to work with me in spite of Crossroads obtaining the glasses through back channels. Not sure about other brands they sell and their warranties, but check the factory website first. Service and follow-up has been horrendous. Avoid this place.
