I read these reviews and my experience was the complete opposite. I was promptly greeted by a friendly professional staff upon my arrival. My wait time for vitals was only about 10 or 15 min and then I saw the doctor not too long after that. Now Dr. Jacksons knowledge and expertise as a physician is completely outstanding. She went through every single one of my medical issues with a fine tooth comb. She even got on the phone with a specialist for one of my issues and got me a same day appointment with one of her colleagues! She took her time with me and didnt make me feel rushed at all unlike most other physicians. Overall it was a refreshing experience, and I will be back soon for my follow up exam. I highly recommend Dr. Jackson!

Ive been going to Dr. Jacksons office since 2007 and as far as Im concerned this is the best staff shes ever had. These young ladies are professionals, very congenial and can multitask when things get busy. And Dr. Jackson is well worth the wait because she will help you control your severe medical condition. She has helped me change my life for the better and Im not sure what my health would be like if it wasnt for Dr. Jackson. After being misdiagnosed and mistreated by several doctors I met Dr. Jackson and she properly diagnosed and treated all of my health issues. Dr. Jackson is not going to sugar coat your problems... Shes a straight shooter so be prepared for the straight up truth when you go see her!

I was referred to Dr. Jackson by a friend and she was highly recommended for her weight loss program. The wait time to be seen was fine and i was actually a walk in but i recommend just asking for an appointment during a time thats not very busy. Dr. Jacksons personality was very straight forward and I would say she was even quite comical at times. She was in no way rude at all to me or her staff. Ive had nothing but good experiences going to her so far and im seeing great results from her weight loss program. Im already down 27 pounds and i have only been going for a little over 2 months now. Shes overall a very knowledgeable doctor.

I am so sad. I am a former patient from over 10 years ago. I moved back to the area and even changed my insurance so that I could go back to her. I have tried to schedule an appointment twice in 2 weeks and have been told that I have to wait for a coordinator to return my calls. I was even told to flat out call my insurance and request another doctor if I didnt want to be patient and wait. This was so rude and I am sad to say that I dont suggest anyone to go here. Dr. Jackson is great, but her staff is horrible.

Horrible experience, the worst Doctor I have ever met. She is very unprofessional and she raises her voice at her patients not caring who is present, she also has a harsh way of saying things and as she is checking you she is constantly giving an attitude problem. I feel sorry for her staff members they are really nice but she is just not suitable to be a doctor. I was a new patient and I am never going there ever again. If there was a way I would give a negative star instead of a 1 star.

Dr. Jackson is a great doctor she just needs to find better staff. My first experience there was horrible. The MA did not greet me when I walked in. I was seriously just standing there waiting for her to address me and when she did it was extremely rude. Then while I waited in the waiting room for a hour and a half I kept seeing her looking at me with a blank stare. At the end of the visit, they literally started arguing right in front of me.

Very capable. Very professional and trustworthy. She is sometime direct and honest which may come off as rude to some. I prefer for you to be straight when it comes to my health. You have to be able to trust and communicate with your primary care physician. Her staff is always quick to serve. Referrals are received immediately and they have always been very friendly and professional.

The doctor is good but the wait time is very long and unprofessional. I have waited on different visits for a minimum 30 minutes to an hour to be seen. The staff states they are not the doctor and we will just have to wait for the doctor. So when you book your appt, please allow time.

This doctor is so rude and she doesnt listen. Her staff is scared of her and doesnt even want to relay a simple message to her. I have visited her several times just to make sure she just wasnt having a bad or off day. Do yourself a favor and shoot another doctors office

Seriously DO NOT go to Dr. Jackson. Here is what you should expect: You will wait for hours. She will talk on her cellphone during your visit, and she is extremely rude to patients and staff. I had the worst experience and will never go back to her.
