On my first visit I was told I needed to pay a $30 co-pay for my well child visit. My insurance does not have a copay for well child visits, but after telling the receptionist this (who was snippy) I paid it anyway and decided it would be easier to get a refund from the billing company. Boy, was I wrong! When I called the billing company (SA medical) I was told they couldnt refund it until the insurance paid for the visit. After my insurance paid, I called again and they then said they had no record of a co-pay for that visit and told me that I owed $20 for a developmental test that my insurance wouldnt pay for. I couldnt believe this because Dr. McCray is a preferred in network provider, the whole point of which is so I didnt have these extra charges. After months of phone calls and in person visits to the office and getting no where. The staff was incredibly rude and lied to me several times. I was finally able to talk to Dr. McCray on the phone who explained that the developmental test was the sheet they had me fill in out in the waiting room which asks milestone questions about my child. She stated that she has started billing for this "service" which she was doing for free. My insurance states that it is part of the well child visit that she is already paid for, and will not recognize this extra charge. So it then gets forwarded to me to pay. I never did get my co-pay refund so I just refused to pay the co-pay during a sick visit and told the receptionist we could call it even. In the end I had to pay the $20 developmental test charge which the billing company lost my check twice. I have not used Dr. McCray for six months and I am still dealing with the billing company who can not seem to keep accurate records.

We had no problems setting up an appointment to see a doctor in this facility. We went there for our medical check up and the medical staff was quick to respond to my daughters emergency needs after her doctor diagnosed her of a pneumonia. There was no fuss about our insurance coverage in this medical center either which was really great!

The medical center is so child friendly and the staff are very accommodating to all their patients. We had no problems getting an appointment to see my sons doctor and was immediately given care after admission. Very highly recommended medical service.

The facility was clean and the medical staff is very approachable. We had no problems setting up an appointment to see Dr. McCray. The receptionist welcomed us warmly and made sure that my sick daughter was taken care of properly. It was really great!
