Worst service ever, if I could give 0 stars I will. people in the front desk dont care about patients, when i called to have an appointment they said first available after 6 to 8 months that mean do not call us again!!! My physician is doctor Robert Denes Kusztos, MD last time I saw him was in 2013 !!!!! because no appointment is available. last time I accepted an appointment in 2 months just for regular check, but after few weeks they called me to cancel it because the doctor will be in vacation and they did not offer me any other appointment !!!!!!!! back on march 2016 I called and I insist to see someone asap because I had pain on the bottom of my belly, they gave an appointment with a CRNP her name :Cindy C. Melnick, I will never forget her she is the stupid doc ever, she told me 100% you have hernia !! and I need surgery. and to make sure I need to do the ultrasound, I was in a nightmare for the whole week waiting for the result, after that she called me and said no you dont have hernia and she did not gave any explication to pain that I had !!!!!!!! My wife was pregnant, she called to see her physician they said first appoint available after 6 months !!!!!!! Based on my experience I do not recommend this place to anyone for the only reason that : They dont care !!!!!!!!

Worst experience I have ever had at a doctor. I waited a month for an appt. w/ a doctor only to arrive and have a nurse practitioner. I came in to refill a prescription that I have been on for 5 years. I was "randomly" drug tested. When I said that I didnt want to be the nurse practitioner said she would check with a doctor to see if it was necessary and during that time i could hear her and the nurse standing outside my room discussing how I was probably on drugs, was lying about my circumstances, etc. I could hear everything! And then the nurse came in and basically bullied me into taking it or would not give me my prescription. Completely unprofessional. Now 3 months later I get a bill for $100 for the drug test. They never said insurance wouldnt cover it or how much it would be. A truly horrible experience. I have never been treated like a criminal before but thats how i felt. I will NEVER go back there.

Never bothered to call that my prescription was ready. I had to, and they said it was written and ready for me. I went in two days later, and its been lost. This is a heavily mandated drug might I add. Something needs to be done. Where is it? Did they just lose it, or did someone steal it? I havent even been coming here that long, but Ive only ever got the vibe that they dont care. Wrote the first part last year a year later (Jan 2017) and they still dont call. This most recent time its been almost two weeks now and its not ready. Do I really need to call when Im only halfway through?

We have lived in the area more than a year now and we have been coming here since. The Drs are more than happy to make due with your schedule and are willing to do what it takes to get you seen. I have had no issues with getting my charts sent to the VA and or my scripts filled and things of that nature. They are honest, caring, and dedicated to making the right decisions.

Everybody just whines and complains. Why is everyone always so dissatisfied? These people work long hard hours trying to make everyone happy. I have been going to Dr John Parry at this office for years, before that with Dr. David Long. (about 30yrs) My family has been very satisfied with everyone at the office and couldnt be treated better. Kathy

I cant get prescriptions filled. I had a Dr giving one prescription and a NP giving a different one. Cant get prior authorizations on time - one took a couple of months and numerous phone calls. I went for a physical and was done in 10 minutes.

They are a good practice. They work hard at making improvements when necessary, and the doctor and PA that Ive seen and trusted for almost 10 years are with them.
