Would not recommend. I havent been able to schedule an appointment with my actual doctor for well over a year. Any time I call expressing a need or concern they tell me they dont have any appointments, even with a nurse practitioner. I need a refill on my prescription immediately and they wont refill until I come in for a visit. I expressed my extreme frustration with the fact that Ive never been able to schedule a visit (especially since theyve merged and now have even less availability) and instead of apologizing for their poor service, they claimed it was my fault for not coming in. Absurd. My experience with this place is not the only negative one I know of. I have talked to many other patients who also feel that their needs are not valued enough to be met immediately or even taken seriously. I know of another woman who was dealing with very serious and scary health issues and she said did not receive the timely communication she deserved and she felt mocked by a practitioner for her health concerns. This place is a joke and I will be switching doctors very soon.

Ive been attending Bowmansdale for the last 6 years and prior to that Shepherdstown for 10 years. I used to be able to get an appointment with a doctor within a week or two, now Im facing months. This has become a serious issue. I began to have symptoms months ago but only saw PAs. My symptoms were dismissed and basically ignored. I feel that if I had actually been paid attention to and was able to see a doctor on a timely basis perhaps what I ended up with could have been prevented. I have no issues with my doctor, she is thorough and pleasant but too busy. I find the staff there helpful and pleasant. They always go out of their way to help me. Im a disappointed patient.

There is a star among the stars in Dr. Jessica Rubertone. For more years than Ill ever admit, ok over 50 Ill go that far... I have suffered at times with oral cankers and tried everything on this earth to prevent and treat them. With few exceptions, nothing helped that 10 days didnt solve (the term one lasts). It was one of those unexplained circumstances that brought me to this super doc who took one look, created a compound with her magic mind and presto or zingo.... the cankers are now easy to control and one I do get one its immediately zinged... with not even one stinging pain. Bravo doc! --rick hare your greatest fan

These are the people that are supposed to be taking care of you. They forget to call in tests, you have a 2 month wait to see your doctor. It is a joke stay away. Ever since pinnacle health took over this place has gone down hill. Sad, used to be one of the better care facilities. As you can see from their automated responses about a pinnacle health care provider calling you. I have had them laugh at me on the phone, give me a straight attitude. Pinnacle Health when are you going to take responsibility and make a change.

I have been going here for 8 years and within the last 2 years. Every single time there is a balance on my account as low as $5 it goes straight to collections. They never call, they never write to me, just straight to collections. This is after I received horrible service from Jade M. Means. She ran $700 worth of testing without my consent and I fought it and won. I dislike this entire place except one Dr.

The Doctor is great but the rest is broken. I called for an appointment 27 times at 08:00. Busy signal most calls. Finally rings and it is the Shepherds town office saying they are closed and open at 08:00. It is 8:10. Finally get the Bowmansdale office and I end up in voice mail. Love the Doctor but this is only one example of broken processes at this place.

Was once a great practice. In the past several years more worried about billing than patient care. Expect a long wait for your appointment. Signs stating you cannot discuss more than one ailment at a time without a separate billing. Took the care out of patient care. Doctors are wonderful- its management that no longer cares about individuals. Its a shame

I love my personal doctor, shes great. However, I brought my physical in a while ago and it hasnt been signed or filled out yet. Ive been calling them and asking when itll be done, and they said that it literally just needs to be signed, but itll take three days!!! ive missed three days of practice because of this and all they need to do is sign it.

Dr Jessica Rubertone, best doctor in the world, thanks to her Im able to get up everyday and live life as normal possible with my illness symptoms, God bless her.
