When I went to see Dr. Loc Huynh about 6 months ago, I had many problems - pain, missing front tooth, and row of not well taken care of teeth. Dr. Huynh took his time to know me and understand what I wanted to do. After step by step treatment plan, I now have pain free new set of teeth with nice smile. Considering his unique personality, knowledge, and skills, it seems like being a dentist is Dr. Huynhs lifes calling and I felt lucky to have him as a dentist. After all, "Every calling is great when greatly pursued." Not only he taught me what I need to do to take care of my teeth, but I was also able to learn many life changing lessons for overall better health. I found the doctor and the entire staff at Art Dental to be very courteous and helpful. They are professional and show the care and attention needed to take care of their patients. I did not find anything to criticize, and they are way much better than the other dental centers I visited over the years. Most of all, what I found to be convenient and worth choosing this center is the fact that the doctor is able to take care of ALL dental needs in the office, right there. No referral or being sent outside of the office to another endodontist for root canal or oral surgery to remove a tooth if necessary. It is my understanding the doctor does implants as well. I highly appreciated the fact that I did not have to go around for different specialized works that most general dentists dont perform, and all the work that needed to be done was finished right there in the office right away. That saved me a lot of time, energy, and headache. They open their doors for business. Therefore, I firmly believe if someone visits them with an open mind to listen to the doctor and work with the staff, this includes willingness to take care of invoices properly, then I dont believe anybody would have a problem. I highly recommend this office to anyone who wants to get excellent dental care. Ham T.

1-15-2011 Although this may be an overlooked task, I feel that I must bring to your attention the outstanding customer service I received at Art Dental in El Cerrito, CA I am, of course, very delighted to have had the pleasure of finding Dr. Loc Huynh during my search for a dentist that would offer dental implants. His professional and courteous attitude, expert knowledge, and patience in handling my specific issues were very important to me and his care totally brought me satisfaction. I work in a major hospital and understand what it takes to receive excellent care. Art Dental offers the best full care plan at the best price, which is one less concern for me and I am deeply appreciative of his assistance and support. While I know that there are other renowned dental facilities, I chose Art Dental for the customer service it provides, I feel like Dr. Huynh and his capable staff treated me with the utmost importance each and every time. In the past, I neglected my teeth because I felt providers were not sensitive to my needs and provided the quickest and most convenient solution to my problems from their perspective. Because of this I need extensive care and was afraid of the dental mills. But not in this case. Dr. Huynh handled my issues as if they were his own, and I am completely satisfied. I will continue my course with Art Dental and will tell everyone I see that Art Dentals motto “Smile for Life” is real. Dr. Huynh is most definitely the one to bring the smile back to you. I only give 1 start because I have not option to give a -5 starts. The woman in the front didnt even want to explain what my insurance covered or didnt cover. I wasted my time here for her to tell me they didnt feel comfortable offering me services because I asked about the outrageous fees that my insurance was suppose to cover. She basically told me because I HMO and not a PPO that they didnt feel comfortable working with me! I have never been so insulted! I am not a rude person at all and I did not treat her with any disrespect. They were trying to charge me $150 for a cleaning that was supposed to be covered by my insurance! I had to just walk out. I would NOT recommend this office AT ALL! I love the dentist but this place and the lady in the front left an awful taste in my mouth. DO NOT TRUST YOUR TEETH OR YOU POCKET BOOK WITH THESE PPL PLEASE BEWARE!!!!

I have been a patient at this office since 2010. It is time to write some nice things about Dr. Huynh and the staff. The office is nice and clean, very easy to find parking. Dr. Huynh is very simple person, he always reaches out to you and do extra-work for you in case you need his help. For example, I have a lot of old fillings in front teeth, overtime they stained and look pretty ugly. Dr. Huynh always refines the work of my previous dentist in the least expensive way...He smoothed them out, polished and sometime replaced the ones that really necessary to be replaced. He is an easy going person, very professional and experienced. I have referred several friends and family members to come here as well. I am happy to get my teeth cleaned every 6 months with his office. Thank you for your good work Dr. Huynh and your staff.

I had a wonderful experience at the Arts Dentistry in El Cerrito, CA. I was treated with respect from the office staff and given every opportunity to express my needs and desires. Dr. Loc Huynh, DDS is a truely artistic professional in dentistry. Dr. Huynh is very precise and knowledgeable when it comes to designing the partial denture. Dr. Huynhs follow up to detail illustrates his work ethic and artistic abilities. There are many dentists located in the San Francisco and East Bay Area. I selected Dr Huynh because of his honesty and professional approach to dentistry, and I am glad I made that decision. Today, 6/9/16, was my first visit for Xray and cleaning by a staff of Art Dental Centre. I was very impressed with their State-of-the Art equipment and felt at home and comfortable in their Xray and cleaning room. After the initial cleanIng, Dr. Loc Huynh came in to check on me and did further cleaning on my teeth. I could tell hes an expert, knowledgeable and skilled dentist besides being a courteous, gentle and honest person. Truthful, because he gave me an honest opinion about the condition of my teeth. I came to Art Dental a few years ago in hope to get braces. Dr Huynh was able to take me on as a client and made the process look so easy! Over the course of 18-19 months he and his team were able to make each visit welcoming, professional and timely. He also would take time to chat and get to know me. Developing a great rapport between us. I recently had my braces taken off and I am super happy about the results! I couldnt be more excited and pleased with my smile, Dr Huynh and his team, and level of care they took into making this a possibility.
