I accompanied my friend who had an appointment at 1:30pm. Her boyfriend also had an appointment at the same time. We get there at about 1:15pm. Theres a man waiting on the steps by the door. According to the man, he was instructed to return today at 1:15pm because a week ago they had lost his cap. The man ended up leaving a few minutes later. The reason why he was waiting was because in the window, there was one of those "be back at this time" signs. It read that they would be back at 4:10pm. Understandably the man left after waiting for people who arent even there. There was also a woman waiting for the doctor who is either a patient or an employee. After the man left the woman received a phone call from Im assuming the doctor. She explained to him that a man who had been waiting left, and that there were two other patients waiting. When she got off the call, she informed my friend that doctor would be 20 minutes late. We were waiting in the car as I wrote this review when the doctor pulls into the parking lot at 1:48pm. It seems, the woman was a new employee of the doctor. Gee, I wonder why? While my friend, boyfriend, and i are waiting in the waiting room, the doctor is i guess giving her a tour of the facility. The woman leaves a few minutes later. While the doctor is getting situated, my friend is looking up her insurance info because apparently the doctor cant. Obviously, Im already tired of this place. I dont want to be here given the circumstances and Im not even a patient.

It has been a nightmare going to this place. The dentist is difficult to communicate with & is not sensitive to one who told him that they have a low tolerance for pain. I have to repeat myself several times to get him to understand my needs & always needs clarification from his assistant. To describe my entire experience wouldnt be nice & sadly I have at least 2-3 more visits to have work completed. Why not go to a different dentist??? Because it would take 30 plus days for my insurance to transfer plus he has already drilled the life out of a tooth he created a cap for but that tooth still needs a root canal! Long story short I want to believe in this place & get my dental work finished but honestly my experience has not been cool. If the remaining work is completed satisfactorily I will update this rating because Im not a mean or messy customer...but no matter what I will have a new dentist moving forward.

I was an employee there for about 4 months. In the 20 years that I have been an Dental Assistant, Ive never seen such a mess!! Dr. Choi is not a good doctor at all. Patients watch out he cuts corners on everything he uses. I would not let him touch my dogs teeth!! The anesthetic that he uses may be expired right along with everything else that he puts in patients. If you have Medi-cal you are still better off at Western Dental or any other office that accepts Medi-cal. If your crown fall off its both the crown and the cheap ass cement. If you are a patient there RUN!! If you are not RUN FASTER!!

Dr. Choi completely ruined my upper bite by putting a bicuspid where a cuspid should have been. The results have been constant pain in pushing out of the teeth around it. Will get it fixed soon but no sane person should go in this office. After he did this he disappeared for a year. When I confronted him, he looked in my mouth and said that I needed to clean it and gave me a few prescriptions for an antibiotic and Advil without explaining anything that has happened. I intend to file a grievance with Delta. dr. Choi is a very kind man, but I wouldnt trust him with another tooth again.

It was the Friday before the Christmas weekend. No one was available to help us with a terrible throbbing toothache. And we werent going to make it until next Tuesday (thats 4 days away.) Dr Choi was the ONLY one to call us back during this time, from his personal phone and before his business hours. He accommodated us. Squeezed us in between his scheduled appointments. We had just begun our new insurance and werent sure at first who we would choose. We know now! Dr Choi is AWESOME!

Ive never been to such a money hungry place you tell someone they have an infection did nothing about it no meds no nothing nothing works in this office he cleaned my teeth in a unprofessional mannor they dont dust anything so if have bad allergies I suggest you really turn away theyre just terrible i wouldnt send my worst enemy here

All things considered, I am a happy customer. I won’t lie, the surgery did hurt a bit but the result was exactly what I expected and made my teeth much better.

No one likes going to the dentist and this is one place that makes it super comfortable and stress free. My experience has been very good so far.
