Do not use this office. All they are after is money. I asked for a teeth cleaning and was sold a $1700 offer for service. When asked if I could just get my teeth cleaned, I was told by the dental assistant that it would be a waste of their time. Really? What am i here for? They measured my gums and said I had several level 5s. Namely, I was told I needed periodontal scraping. I saw another dentist yesterday. The tech found no 5s and they gladly cleaned my teeth. I would give the office a big fat ZERO if I could

my family and I are military and Hopkins & Shin greeted and took us in with open arms. im very high fear of dentistry, and after finding out more about Sedation Dentistry with Hopkins and Shin family dentistry, i felt a bit more comfortable and was able to get all of my dental work completed at 1 appointment. this office is the place if you wanted to be treated as a unique patient and not just a car in a assembly line. they are indeed a Keeper! I havent seen a dentist in 5 years. Naturally I needed some work. And even though I live an hour away its worth the commute to come to an office where everyone is so kind. I feel important, I feel remembered, and everyone has been nothing but kind to me. I have had 5 appointments in the last month from cleanings to fillings and have spent many hours with everyone there, and I have nothing but positive words to say.

Dr. Shin and staff were great! I was able to get an appointment right away on a Saturday with no problem. Everyone in the office was very professional and courteous. My comfort and satisfaction seemed to be their main priority. I will recommend their services to anyone who needs great dental care.
