Called and received an appointment for 10 am arrived 15 minutes before the appointment. We were told that corporate over booked this office and it would be an hour and a half wait. Left and returned an hour later before the second appointment time.... and was told it would be another hour. After talking with the staff several times, then other patrons that have been waiting 3 hours, I spoke with the office manager PattyTellez and she reiterated the over booking…….I spoke to PattyTellez again after wait another 40 minutes and she lead two patients from the waiting room to the Orthodontist department where we waited again. This was just to clear out the waiting room in my opinion. A third patient was escorted into the room followed by the Doctor. Charts were hand to the Doctor and he made some computer entries and quickly, less than five minutes evaluated and dismissed the first patient. Then he tried to wait on the third patients that came in after we did... I called him on that and he seems a bit disturbed and came over to wait on us. Now we came in for an orthodontist consultation and he asked, "What is the issue" without even examining the patient reading the chart nothing. We are here for an ortho exam... less than a minute exam 3-hour waiting. He offered information that I question. The un-professionalism of the entire staff is unacceptable. I told the Doctor and the office manger that this is not the place for us...retrieved our paperwork and exited...What a waste of time. This office seems to serve a large minority population and the mis-use of all their patient time is unacceptable. An appointment is made so you can be seen at a stated time, date, and place and should be adhered to. How can corporate make appointments for any office without knowing the staffing for that site on a daily basis? Suggest you do business elsewhere, where your time is just a valuable as those who serve you.

My name is Alfredo Plaza Last year I had a partial made in the office at 11299 San Pablo Ave El Cerrito Ca, months later they had to extract one molar. Consequently, after spending a couple thousand $, now I have to spend another couple thousand $ for another partial. During these 2 occasions I left the office, after waiting for 2 hours to be seen, without any treatment. A couple months ago the doctor told me that I needed to be referred to a periodontics office, I finally got the referral letter and proceeded making an appointment, I went today for what needed to be done, 2 crown replacements and a cavity to be repaired, after waiting for an hour the doctor asked me if I agreed, I said yes she put the anesthesia and told me I will be back in 5 minutes. In the mean time someone from finance is going to talk to you, a lady came and told me that the second crown was going to be the same price as the first one, I said okay, I also needed to make a down-payment of $250 and I agreed. Minutes later she came back and told me that the person in charge of the financing was not going to be there until tomorrow so they were only going to do 1 crown and I had to return for the other one. I am a very patient person so I said okay, 45 minutes later no one came back to see me, so I left the office with my mouth numb, on my way out I asked for my current balance so I could pay it off and search for another dentist and they told me that I have to come back tomorrow because Jasmine, the finance person, was not there. Horrible experience

Two visits for a broken tooth, first took 5 hrs for xrays and being told I needed an extraction and implant. Was charged for an exam but no one even looked in my mouth. They estimated $4000 for the extraction and implant after Delta Dental insurance coverage. Went back for them to actually do the exam. After 40 min they lead me to a chair, 20 min later some one comes over to prep me for 7 cavities to be filled that insurance had approved?? I tell them I have a broken tooth that needs extraction not 7 cavities to be filled. The lady looks miffed that she had unwrapped her tools and tries to insists that my insurance is covering part of the cavities to be filed. An hour later someone actually looks at my xrays and looks in my mouth. Says yep, I need an implant or a bridge. 45 min later someone show up to go over he costs. $7,683.40 from me and my insurance would cover $237.14 of it. I ask how can that be right, almost $8000 to extract one tooth and install an implant. She says that is what the PPO fee is. Wow, 8 hours of my life wasted in a cattle cart to be told they charge 2-3x what the procedure would cost almost anywhere else. Then they tried to sell me a Western Dental Plan for $104 where they would cover 50% of the newly calculated $8100.80 so my share would be $4050.40. It seem almost criminal. They have also called me a dozen times at home to see when I would be coming in to start the procedure.

Dentists and their assistants give excellent service is a pity that on the other receptionists (mostly) give a very bad CUSTOMER SERVICE !!. They are rude, despots and do not resolve your doubts. Today I had a very bad experience on the phone with one of them! I hung up the phone !! Its a shame I did not hear his name when I answered the call. My annoyance of the day was that agendaron me 2 citations by far time and only knew of one. Logically call them that one makes plans and has other things to do. The receptionist instead of seeking solutions is their response was all packed and if you want you canceled your appointment ??? (Yeah right as she is not going to be there five hours stuck waiting for an appointment to another). I live in Novato give me time to go and not close enough to say ah no problem and I will return. But this is not the first time I have a mishap with them. When I went the first time I was accompanied by my boyfriend, I passed my credit and no. Well the person who took our order was made easy to put part of your account mia !! without my permission (must be why were all together and we partner not?) I realized that they were charging me wrong and spent two months !!! Since I put the complaint that they were charging me more for someone from there office deign to explain what had happened

Es la segunda vez q no me atienden. Aparte sta segunda vez me dijeron q debia esperar DOS HORAS MAS . DE LA HORA DEMI CITA. Puede q los doctores sean excelentes. Pero las recepcionistas no tienen nada de profesionalismo, en las dos ocasiones n q me han cancelado la cita fue x parte de falta de informacion de ellos. No mia. En ambas ocasiones con la misma recepcionista. Quien es muy despota para contestar las inquietudes. Y no hace l minimo esfuerzo x tratar de solucionar el inconveniente. Pareciera q los servicios fuesen gratis. Para q lo hagan perder l tiempo y traten mal.

Los doctores dan un excelente servicio pero las personas de atencion al cliente es lo peor que tienen , nunca dan una sorisa y le mienten a uno he tenido una pescima experiencia , me tienen un credito pendiente ya he hido a las oficinas en tres ocasiones a que me solucionen y la persona Jasmin nunca tiene tiempo de atender y cuando responde , responde de una manera arrogante , como si me estuviera regalando dinero honestamente no hay profesionalismo.
