I came in today to have an exam and X-ray on 2 broken teeth. They were aware of my dental anxiety and were very proactive in making sure I felt relaxed and comfortable. When I checked in, they were training someone, who did a fantastic job, was courteous, and fit in with the team. They were able to relate with me and give me tips on my sons dental as well. I definitely recommend this team. I am so scared to go to the dentist, and this team did not pressure me into getting work done until I am ready, as well as helping me stay proactive in keeping my teeth healthy. Thank you!

I did have an appointment, but that was after I called to TRY to reschedule my previous one and I specified that if it could not be rescheduled for an earlier app. on the same day then I would keep the appointment that I had. Instead of calling me back they canceled the appointment that I had. When I drove 45 minutes to get to my appointment they told me I did not have one and that I should make a new one. Pretty bad service. Also, the appointment was for some bonding that needed to be redone because it broke after the first time I got it done at this Dentist office.

They have good hours and its a great place as long as you only need a cleaning. The dentists all seem fairly new and dont do very good work. Ive had dental work done by many dentists and by far, they provided the lowest quality. I should have run away and never gone back when I went in for a crown they said I needed, they numbed me up, then decided that I didnt even have a cavity. Unfortunately, I found the Saturday hours too convenient and went back and eventually had some dental work done. Im now in search of another dentist to fix their mess.

I was able to get an appointment on short notice, within a few days, for a routine exam and cleaning. After filling out the obligatory paperwork at home (downloaded from the website) I had a minimal wait and was taken care of quickly. The staff is friendly and efficient and everything was explained fully as they went along. The hours of operation are more flexible than most dental offices, too! After this first impression, I can definitely recommend Meridian Dental Care over the dental chain business I was seeing before I moved to Puyallup.

I got to my appointment and the staff was friendly, and most importantly, had me in ON TIME! Dr. Dubois and Hygienist Nadia are amazing. Very helpful, knowledgeable and willing to share any information to keep you in the loop with procedures. Gentle care and attention to any discomfort alone deserve the 5 star rating. Everything else is a bonus!
